Having merged where, the subtle elements merge into the wind, the wind propels and pulls downwards, thus merging into the place of birth. As it is said in the Compendium of Practices: "That, together with the Ali Kali (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ali kali, Sanskrit Romanization: āli kāli, Chinese literal meaning: Ali Kali), when the two organs unite, it faces downwards, and from the secret nasal cavity, it extracts the form of the seed, thereby generating the realms of sentient beings." Thus it is said, that is the three syllables, and it also acts as the nature of the three: wind entering, abiding, and rising. In the Glorious Compendium of Origins, it is said: "The consciousness of the horse rider, like riding the mount of wind, comes extremely quickly, in just a moment, two and seventy thousand channels, intensely stimulated in that moment, obtaining supreme joy, the Ali Kali having dissolved, in the midst of those semen and blood, it abides in the form of a bindu." Thus it is said. The bindu of mixed semen and blood abiding in the center of the place of birth, this meaning is clearly stated in the Root Tantra of the Guhyasamaja: "The body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas reside in the bhaga of the Vajra Lady." Thus it is said. The way this is shown is quoted in the Lamp Illuminating the Explanatory Tantra: "Here the five aggregates are victorious, all the Tathagatas are, its nature is body, speech, and mind, Vajra mind is great bliss here, the lady is the well-trained mudra, the well-trained lotus is the bhaga, abiding there is the Vajra Holder, abiding in the form of a bindu." Thus it is said. The consciousness of the bardo entering the center of the mixed semen and blood, abiding in the place of birth, the place of birth is said to be the space between the lower abdomen of the mother and the upper part of the intestines, as it is said in the Sutra of Entering the Womb, therefore the place where the bindu first enters, which is said to abide in the lotus here, is not the same as the place of birth where the down of a bird abides. In the Lamp Illuminating, it is said: "Abiding in the form of a bindu," quoting the prophecy of the Four Goddesses, it is explained in the context of the form of the goddesses, but it can also be explained for the actual bindu in the context of the basis, therefore the teacher explains it in the same way as before. The second has three parts: the actual process of development, associating the five states with the five families, and showing the main support channel of the semen essence. The first is: After taking birth in the womb.

Thus, the body gradually develops, and the first stage is "mer mer po," which is covered by a membrane-like exterior and has a very thin interior. Here, the part where consciousness first enters is the heart, and the part where consciousness finally transfers is where it first enters, as stated in the "Ground Basis." Regarding this, the "Abhidharmakosha Commentary" and the "Entering the Womb Sutra" state that "nur nur bo" and the second stage are called "mer mer po," although the "Ground Basis" states the opposite, the order of meaning is the same. "Mer mer po" matures into "tar tar po," where both the inside and outside become membrane-like, resembling yogurt, but "shar" has not yet formed. "Tar tar po" matures into "gor gor po," where "shar" has formed and is a moist state that cannot be pressed. Regarding this, the "Ground Basis" refers to it as "tar tar po," and the "Entering the Womb Sutra" states that it is like a copper spoon, so it is called "nar nar po." "Gor gor po" matures and becomes hard, becoming viscous and able to be pressed. The "Entering the Womb Sutra" states that it is like "gdar," so it is called "gor gor po." The hardened state matures under the influence of wind, and the limbs begin to move, that is, the five characteristics of the arms, legs, and head appear. "Also" means that the previous stages were also influenced by the wind. In this way, the five stages of the fetus, such as "mer mer po," become clear. After that, add hair, nails, body hair, etc., and tangible senses such as eyes. As stated in the sutra quoted in the "Abhidharmakosha Commentary": "Hair, body hair, nails, etc., and tangible senses, and characteristics are produced in sequence." Characteristics are the signs of male and female, and they are produced in sequence. The king's son explains the basis of the senses, such as the eyes, as characteristics. The "Vinaya Sutra" also states: "Initially, it is the state of "nur nur po," the second is "mer mer po," the third is the production of "tar tar po," and the fourth is "gor gor po" itself. Due to the influence of the winds, it becomes like the shape of a fish. From the seed that is like the moon, the five limbs are completely produced. Hair, body hair, nails, and signs are produced in seven months. Senses and forms are produced in eight months. It is completely perfected in nine months, and possesses consciousness in ten months.
