ཞན་གྱིས་ཀྱང་བྱེད་དེ་ཁམ་ཟས་ཟོས་པ་དེས་དེ་དག་གི་ལུས་ལ་སྲ་བ་དང་ལྕི་བ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ནོན་ཏེ་ལུས་ཀྱི་ཁ་དོག་གསལ་བའི་འོད་མི་སྣང་བར་གྱུར་ཏེ། །དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་མུན་པ་སྐྱེས་པས་ཉི་མ་དང་ཟླ་བ་དག་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་བྱུང་ལ་རྒྱུ་སྐར་དང་ཉིན་མཚན་དང་ཟླ་བ་དང་ཟླ་བ་དང་ཕྱེད་དང༌། དུས་ཚིགས་དང་ལོ་དག་ཀྱང་བྱུང་ངོ༌། །ས་ཡི་བཅུད་ཟོས་པའི་དབང་གིས་འོད་ནུབ་ནས་ཉི་ཟླ་བྱུང་བར་ལུང་རྣམ་འབྱེད་ལས་གསུངས་པ་ལྟར་མཛོད་འགྲེལ་ལས་ཀྱང་འབྱུང་བས་འབྲས་ཆན་ཟོས་པའི་འོག་ཏུ་ཉི་ཟླ་བྱུང་བ་མིན་ནོ། །ཟས་དེ་ཉུང་དུ་ཟོས་པ་རྣམས་ཁ་དོག་བཟང་ལ་མང་དུ་ཟོས་པ་རྣམས་ཁ་དོག་ངན་པར་གྱུར་པ་ན་ང་ནི་ཁ་དོག་བཟང་ལ་ཁྱོད་ནི་ངན་ནོ་ཞེས་ཁྱད་དུ་བསད་པའི་དབང་གིས་ས་ཡི་བཅུད་དེ་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་དག་འདུས་ནས་དེ་ལ་མྱ་ངན་བྱེད་པ་ན་ས་ ཞག་ཁ་དོག་དོང་ཀའི་མེ་ཏོག་ལྟ་བུ་རོ་སྔར་དང་འདྲ་བ་ཞིག་བྱུང་བ་ནས་ཁྱད་དུ་བསད་པའི་བར་སྔར་བཞིན་བྱས་པས་དེ་ཡང་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་སྔར་བཞིན་མྱ་ངན་བྱེད་པ་ན་མྱུ་གུའི་ཚལ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་ཁ་དོག་ནི་ཀ་ཏམ་པུ་ཀའི་མེ་ཏོག་ལྟ་བུ་རོ་སྔར་དང་འདྲ་བ་ཞིག་བྱུང་བ་ནས་ནུབ་པའི་བར་ཡང་སྔར་བཞིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་མ་རྨོས་མ་བཏབ་པའི་འབྲས་ས་ལུ་ཤུན་པ་དང་ཕུབ་མ་མེད་པ་རྩ་བ་སོར་བཞི་པ་ནང་བརྔས་ན་ནུབ་སྐྱེ་ཞིང་ནུབ་བརྔས་ན་ནང་སྐྱེ་བ་བརྔས་པར་མི་མངོན་པ་ཞིག་བྱུང་བ་ཟ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །གཉིས་པ་ནི། འབྲས་དེ་ཟོས་པ་དང་ཟས་དེ་ཆེས་རགས་པས་དེ་ནས་ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་དབྱེ་བ་བསྟན་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་བཤང་གཅི་འབྱུང་བའི་ལམ་ཕོ་མོའི་དབང་པོ་དང་བཅས་པ་དོད་ཅིང་ཕོ་མོའི་དབྱིབས་ཀྱང་ཐ་དད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་སྔོན་ཐོག་མ་མེད་པ་ནས་ཚུལ་མིན་ཡིད་བྱེད་ལ་གོམས་པའི་དབང་གིས་ཕོ་མོ་གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་ལྟ་ཞིང་ཕན་ཚུན་ཆགས་པའི་སེམས་སྐྱེའོ། །གང་གི་ཕྱིར་ཏེ་གང་ཚུན་ཆད་ཕན་ཚུན་ལོག་པར་ཞུགས་པ་དེ་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་ཕོ་དང་མོ་ཞེས་པའི་མིང་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་གྲགས་སོ། །དེ་ཡང་ལོག་པར་ཞུགས་པ་མཐོང་ནས་ས་ལ་སོགས་པ་འཐོར་བ་སོགས་བྱེད་ཅིང་སེམས་ཅན་ངན་པ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པ་ན་བྱ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པ་བྱེད་པའི་དོན་དུ་ཁྱིམ་བརྩིགས་ཏེ་འདོད་པ་བསྟེན་པ་དང་ཁྱིམ་གྱི་དང་པོའོ། །དེ་ནས་འབྲས་ས་ལུ་དེ་ནང་ཟ་བ་ན་ནང་ལེན་ནུབ་ཟ་བ་ནུབ་ལེན་པ་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་ལེ་ལོ་ཅན་ཞིག་གིས་ནང་དགོངས་གཉིས་ཀའི་ས་ལུ་དུས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བླངས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་གཞན་ཞིག་གིས་ཀྱང་ཉི་མ་གཉིས་དང་གསུམ

而且因为吃了团状食物，那些食物的坚硬和沉重压在他们的身上，导致身体原本明亮的光芒消失了。在那之后，黑暗产生，太阳和月亮才在世间出现，星星、白天黑夜、月份、半月、季节和年份也随之出现。正如《律分别》中所说，由于吃了土地的精华导致光芒消失，日月才出现，在《俱舍论释》中也有记载，所以并非吃了米饭后才出现日月。那些吃得少的人脸色好，吃得多的人脸色差，因为互相贬低说“我的脸色好，你的脸色差”，导致土地的精华消失了。他们聚集在一起为此感到悲伤时，出现了一种像冬嘎花颜色的土油，味道和以前一样，但像之前一样互相贬低，导致它也消失了。在那之后，他们又像之前一样感到悲伤时，出现了一个丰盛的嫩芽园，颜色像卡丹布卡花，味道和以前一样，直到消失也和之前一样。在那之后，又出现了未经耕种播种的稻米，没有壳和糠，根有四指长，白天收割晚上生长，晚上收割白天生长，收割时看不见，人们就吃它。第二点是，吃了那些稻米，食物变得非常粗糙，为了显示方便和智慧的区别，排泄大小便的通道，包括男女的性器官都显现出来，男女的形状也变得不同。在那之后，由于过去无始以来习惯于不如理作意，男女互相观看，产生爱慕之心。因为从互相邪淫开始，男女的名字才在世间流传。看到邪淫后，人们抛洒泥土等，说“恶劣的众生”，为了做不该做的事情而建造房屋，享受欲望，这是房屋的开始。在那之后，稻米白天吃白天长，晚上吃晚上长，有个懒惰的众生，白天和晚上的稻米一次性都拿走了。之后，另一个众生也拿走了两三天

As it is said in the Vinaya-vibhanga, the sun and moon arose because the light faded due to eating the essence of the earth, and it is also recorded in the Abhidharmakosha-bhashya, so it is not that the sun and moon appeared after eating rice. Those who ate little had good complexions, and those who ate a lot had bad complexions. Because they disparaged each other, saying, "My complexion is good, and yours is bad," the essence of the earth disappeared. When they gathered together and grieved for it, a kind of earth-oil appeared, the color of a Dongka flower, with the same taste as before, but they disparaged each other as before, causing it to disappear as well. After that, when they grieved again as before, a lush garden of sprouts appeared, the color of a Katam-buka flower, with the same taste as before, and it was the same until it disappeared. After that, uncultivated and unsown rice appeared, without husks or chaff, with roots four fingers long. If harvested during the day, it would grow at night, and if harvested at night, it would grow during the day. It was invisible when harvested, and people would eat it. The second point is that, having eaten that rice, the food became very coarse, and in order to show the distinction between skillful means and wisdom, the passages for excreting feces and urine, including the male and female sexual organs, became apparent, and the shapes of male and female also became different. After that, due to the habit of improper attention from beginningless time, men and women looked at each other and developed feelings of attraction. Because the names of male and female became known in the world from the beginning of mutual sexual misconduct.
