Ragsa Mama Kira. Blessings by the wise. In its center, be pleased. The Buddha's peaceful abode is adorned. The expanse of the sky is greatly adorned. ༈ Excrement, urine, saliva, blood, and so on. Offer them to the deities. ༈ Having done so, please the Buddhas and the great Bodhisattvas. ༈ From the Secret Assembly of the Body, Speech, and Mind of all the Tathagatas. This is the fourth chapter, the Mandala of the Mind of all the Tathagatas. ༈ Then, the Tathagata, the King of Vajradhara, of the Body, Speech, and Mind of all, the supreme Lord of the Place, the supreme meaning of all practices, spoke the characteristics of practice. ༈ Non-conceptual, arising from meaning. Desire, hatred, ignorance, and the like. The supreme vehicle is unsurpassed. It accomplishes the supreme attainment. ༈ Those with evil intelligence, mirage makers, and so on. Those who seek to kill, those who seek meaning, those who think. This supreme vehicle of the unsurpassed Great Vehicle will be accomplished. ༈ Even those sentient beings who commit great sins, such as the five heinous crimes. The Vajra Vehicle is a great ocean. This supreme vehicle is accomplished here. ༈ Those who despise the teacher from the heart. Even if they practice, they will not be accomplished. Whoever has the mind to kill. And delights in lying. And is attached to the wealth of others. And always engages in desire. And deeply consumes excrement and urine. Those become vessels for accomplishment. ༈ If one pleases mothers, sisters, and daughters with desire. Then, one will obtain the great attainment of the nature of the supreme Great Vehicle. ༈ For the mothers of the principal Buddhas. Those with non-conceptual minds. Even if they are pleased, it is not necessary. Then, Buddhahood will be accomplished. ༈ Then, the Bodhisattvas, great beings, such as Sarvanivaranaviskambhin, were amazed and astonished. "Blessed One, Lord of all the Tathagatas. Why did you speak such evil words in the assembly of all the Tathagatas?" they asked. ༈ Then, all the Tathagatas. After the Bodhisattvas, great beings, such as Sarvanivaranaviskambhin, heard the words. Bodhisattva
