What is that supreme one like? What kind of means are there for this? Likewise, how does the arising of means occur? How should the commands be proclaimed to all Vajra-holders of Yoga? How should the assemblies of supreme actions be distinguished? Then, after all those Tathagatas heard the words requested by the great Bodhisattvas, they focused on the great Bodhisattva Vajra-holder and became silent. Then, the great Bodhisattva, the embodiment of compassion, rejoiced greatly and repeatedly urged the perfectly enlightened Sugata Protector. Then, all those Tathagatas spoke to those Bodhisattvas, saying: With body, speech, and mind as Vajra, establish the Vajra of body, speech, and mind. Then, O Bodhisattva, listen extensively to what is asked. Then, all those Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas, with their heads, received the commands of all those Tathagatas, saying: Blessed One, well done! Well done! Sugata, well done! Well done! Then, with their own body, speech, and mind as Vajra, they focused on the body, speech, and mind Vajra of the great Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajra-holder and became silent. Then, all those Tathagatas blessed them by focusing on their own great mind Vajra, and with one voice, they spoke the words requested by those great Bodhisattvas: Body, speech, and mind are three aspects, what is called secret is the teaching. What should all the Buddhas do? It is said to be an assembly gathering. The fifth and the ninth, the seventeenth and the thirteenth, the teachings of the Buddhas and Bodhicitta are great accomplishments. The fourth and the sixteenth, the eighth and the twelfth, the common actions of the teachers and the vows of asceticism are accomplishments. The sixth and the second, the tenth and the twelfth, fierce taming, attachment, and the vows of approaching and practicing. The seventh and the third, the eleventh and the fifteenth, the field of accomplishment, signs, and the vows of approaching and practicing. Tathagata

All kinds of activities, subduing and benefiting actions, the refuge of sentient beings who are tame, difficult to tame, and peaceful. The four Vajra ritual practices related to the generation stage, the treatise that is supremely related to common attainments. The treatise related to the mandala vows is the perfect Acharya. The Guru, through the path of mantra, fully ripens the disciples, excellent vows and empowerments, one's own disciples are great beings. Through the teachings of all Buddhas and Bodhicitta, one is completely liberated. The union of skillful means and wisdom is called yoga. What is the wisdom of non-existence? Skillful means are the nature of things. Tantra is known as continuity. That continuity changes into three aspects: the basis, the nature, and the non-appropriation, which are well distinguished. The basis and nature are the cause, and the non-appropriation is the result. The basis is called skillful means, the three summarize the meaning of Tantra. Wisdom is five and three, one essence and a hundred families. The Bodhi Vajra and others are spoken of, this is considered the later Tantra. That itself is explained as five aspects, and the secrets are explained as three aspects. The supreme deity is the great secret, the noble family is eightfold. Without beginning or end, peaceful, existent and non-existent, inexhaustible lord. Emptiness and compassion are inseparable, this is called Bodhicitta. With the Vajra of body, speech, and mind, the indivisible nature of things. Since it is endowed with wisdom, it is called a wise person. The five causes and the five results are called Vajra. Holding is known as grasping, consciousness is considered the Vajra holder. Beyond existence, fire, and poverty, arising, transformed from arising, and born. It is the body of all sentient beings, victorious over birth, Jina Jikra (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese: Victorious One). Since all meanings arise, the mind is called precious. Through the perceiver, definite perception, perception is called Ratna Dhri Kra Tu (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese: Jewel Holder). With name, basis, and entity, in all, by all, at all times. The nature and basis of joy are called Aro Likra (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese: Immaculate One). The one who perfects consciousness, that is wisdom, holding the formations and mind.
