It is an explanation of the wind. This meaning is again explained in the Vajra Garland, and in the Fifth Stage it is said that: the red lotus protector of the fire wind flowing from the right nostril, the green-yellow karma protector of the wind flowing from the left nostril, the yellow Ratnasambhava protector of the earth wind flowing from both nostrils, the white Vajra protector of the water wind flowing from both nostrils, and the pervasive wind arising from the dying body, which is the Vairochana wind, is divided into five types. Therefore, one should also know which of the five wisdoms is which wind. The third chapter of the Root Tantra says: "The five appearances of Ratnasambhava's color, meditate on the tip of the nose." The Later Tantra says: "The five colors of Ratnasambhava are called life and effort." This is an explanation of the very nature of the wind. The sixth chapter of the Skillful Tantra says: "Meditate on mustard at the tip of the nose." And the third chapter of the Root Tantra says: "The five colors of Ratnasambhava, the size of a mustard seed, meditate on the tip of the nose." The definitive meaning indicated by the word mustard also shows the very nature of the wind. The Vajra Garland clearly states: "The mustard at the tip of the nose is the examination of life and effort." It is explained in this way in the two tantras, so it must be understood that the definitive meaning of the word mustard mentioned in this tantra is also an explanation of the wind, which is the view of the Fifth Stage. It must be explained as explained before. The deity residing in the center of the wind indicated by the word the size of a mustard seed is the five families of Padma Gonpo and others. The self-sound of that wind, the form that is not clear to children but clear to yogis in the very nature of mantra, is self-nature or having self-nature. In the Fifth Stage, it is translated as: "Having the nature of unclear and clear." That very wisdom can also be explained by combining it with the basic bindu, and at that time it is explained by combining it in an appropriate way. The second is: the place, which is directed to the basis of distinction. Where is the object of mind, that is, the form of the indestructible bindu, which is the support of the mind. This is the subtle clear light wind among the two coarse and subtle life-sustaining winds, and the explanation of the co-emergent wind, and first in the womb.

The white and red bindus of similar kind, born from the parents' sperm and blood into which the consciousness of the bardo has entered, and the mind and luminosity, etc., that rely on these bindus, will change in various ways. The size of that bindu is extremely small, about half the size of a mustard seed. This is said for the purpose of meditation by meditators. Where is it? In the Avadhuti (Sanskrit, Avadhuti, Sanskrit Romanization, Avadhūtī, meaning one who is free from dust) in the center of the lotus of the heart's network of channels. The time is constant until the end of life. In the Explanatory Tantra Vajra Garland it is said: "In the space of the heart's lotus, the wisdom vajra always resides." What is said here and what is said in the tantra have the same meaning. If you want to know what the bindu is like, it has the characteristic of burning with five great lights. In the Sambhuta it is said: "The mother's half body is extremely subtle." And the saying "half the size" seems to have different meanings. In the Root Tantra it is said: "Meditate on the tip of the nose as the size of a mustard seed," as said in the Vajra Garland, there are three tips of the nose: the secret place, the heart, and the face. The tip of the nose on the face is the subtle hand seal and the bindu of light. This is the latter of the two explanations of meditating on breathing in and out. The tip of the nose in the heart is meditating on the indestructible mantra bindu, and the tip of the nose in the secret place is meditating on the material bindu. These three are all explained in this tantra. The first of these has already been explained in "That is the substance of the five wisdoms." The second is what will be explained here, which is consistent with what is explained in the third chapter, Lamp Illumination. From "Bodhi mind is pure" to "has form," it explains the meaning of the bodhi mind that arises as a guide for wind and bindu. And the four lines of "half the size" reveal the source from which these initially arise, the indestructible bindu of the heart. So, if it is thought that revealing the indestructible bindu of the heart is the initial source of the bodhi mind, how is it known? In the answer to the question about flowing outward below, it says: "From the forehead to the sole of the foot, all the bindus are gathered." This means that when the wind and mind from the top of the head to the soles of the feet are finally gathered, it is known that they are gathered in that bindu in the heart. The final gathering is because it gathers in the place from which it initially came. In that case, the mother's
