And, similarly, all sentient beings arising from the existences of the desire realm are able to generate. Miraculous powers, that is, manifesting various kinds of container and content worlds, the place of these is the wind itself mixed with consciousness. As it is said in the 'Prophecy of Intentions': 'Those with and without thought, are called the dwelling place of sentient beings, they all arise from the wind, and again perish from the wind.' Thus it is said. Secondly, wind and mind transform into female and male bodies, and for yogis who abide in the way of equal union of wisdom, the mudra itself becomes the place for attaining the supreme state of great bliss. As it is said in the 'Accomplishment of Reality': 'Here, in the state of non-duality and naturally pure, in order to realize the meaning of the self, the self manifests and transforms into male and female bodies.' Thus it is said. Thirdly, as previously explained, that which is indestructible, abiding by pervading all beings with its own nature, that suchness of indestructibility, knowing that very reality, that which knows the essence of the supreme syllable mantra bindu, is knowing the meaning of the great secret Buddha's realm previously spoken. Fourthly, the answer to the previous question about the colors of the parts is: the part of the syllable Hūṃ, the sound located in the lotus of the navel chakra, the meaning of the syllable Āḥ (ཨཱཿ,āḥ,无) is the wind's equal-dwelling wind, which is colorless, that is, black. Black is an indistinct color, so the negative term 'colorless' is used. The meaning of the head of the syllable Hūṃ located in the throat is the fire wind, the upward-moving wind, which is red. The meaning of the body of the syllable Hūṃ located in the heart is the water wind, the life-sustaining wind, which is white. The meaning of the end of the sound located in the secret place is the earth wind, the downward-cleansing wind, which is yellow. That those winds abide in those places and the colors are spoken of in the 'Tantra Vajra Garland'. Fifthly, the previous question was about abiding in the four places, the wind flowing outward and returning inward, the meaning shown in other tantras, please grant instruction. When performing the vajra recitation of the wind going and coming, those places must be done separately.

That's what I asked. The answer to that is that the intent of the other tantras showing the winds going out from within and coming in from without from the four places is that the four winds from black to yellow are transformed into the form of the indestructible bindu of the heart, and the meaning is that vajra recitation should be done for its going and coming, not from the four places individually. Therefore, except for the time when the vajra recitation accomplishes peaceful and other activities, in order to gather the winds into the central channel, when reciting the winds of the four chakras, reciting the going and coming from the throat, navel, and secret place, and not focusing on the indestructible bindu of the heart, reciting the going and coming from the heart, but placing the indestructible bindu in the heart as described in the first chapter, and then reciting the rising and falling from there. The meaning of transforming the four winds into the form of the bindu of the heart is to transform the form of the bindu with the mind to rise and fall from there. In some of the texts translated by Smriti, it also appears that "the actual form of the bindu is this." The point of what is said like this is that the meaning of the four parts of the Hum (ཧཱུྃ།) mentioned earlier must be the four colors of the winds of the four chakras, and the meaning of the four parts of the Hum (ཧཱུྃ།) merging into the Hum (ཧཱུྃ།) syllable with four parts must be understood as all four winds becoming indivisible parts. One of the important aspects of the accomplished ones' practice of the completion stage path is the union of bliss and emptiness, and its bliss is like the common path of inner and outer and mantra and paramita, when the calm abiding of the mind focused on one object is accomplished, then by its power, the wind becomes workable, thereby generating physical pliancy, and the bliss that arises from relying on it, and like the path of the lower tantras, without touching the key points of the chakras, the bliss that arises from merely taking the wind inside and preventing it from flowing outward, and the bliss that arises from counting the incoming and outgoing breaths that are not vajra recitation, is not a number either, but only the bliss that arises from touching the key points of the chakras mentioned in the Anuttarayoga. Similarly, emptiness is not merely not grasping at anything, but as the Madhyamaka says, thoroughly understanding the selflessness of the nature of phenomena.
