Therefore, regarding the enjoyment of desirable objects, one enjoys them by sealing them with the three emptinesses and offering them to Vajradhara. Compared to the former, there is less conceptual elaboration of clinging to characteristics, but it is not a direct realization of suchness, so it is a meditative contemplation of learning the practice of non-elaboration. In that, although there are not two practices of elaboration and extreme non-elaboration through meditation, there are three practices because they exist in terms of actions and so on. The ultimate meditative contemplation is that from the time one attains the union of learning until one has not attained the union of no learning, in the subsequent stages, when enjoying desirable objects, one remembers the direct realization of suchness and enjoys them by sealing them, thus liberating oneself from the seeds of the elaboration of clinging to characteristics of true clinging, it is a meditative contemplation of extreme non-elaboration. Both this and the previous two have the meditative contemplation of perceiving desirable objects as deities. For this, although there are not the first two practices from the perspective of meditation, placing them from the perspective of actions and so on is the same as before. Regarding drinking the nectar of the small tongue mentioned in the section "My Vajra Lotus is complete," in the morning, soak a thin cloth in water, wrap it around the tongue, and slowly and gradually pull it out many times. Practice until the tip of the tongue almost reaches the tip of the nose. Then, turn the tip of the tongue upwards and slowly move the small tongue many times, contemplating that the nectar of the mind of enlightenment drips from one's own brain, gradually passing through the small tongue and flowing into the center of the tongue. Having contemplated in this way, it is said that the Bodhicitta dripping from the brain flows into the center of the tongue through the path of the small tongue, and its power increases, filling the mouth with joy. By drinking like this again and again, as described in this chapter, the physical body and the mind and mental factors are satisfied and happiness arises, and as stated in the seventeenth chapter, the causes of diseases such as wind are not overcome by disturbance, and as stated in the Prajnaparamita Sutra quoted in its commentary, the benefits of aging and death disappearing and living with great power will arise. This is to increase one's own mind of enlightenment and from it to draw the elixir of great innate bliss.

is extremely excellent. Regarding this, other tantras and inconceivable stages are also greatly praised. It is said that the taste is not good when the nectar is first drunk, but then it gradually becomes very delicious. As in the verses of "The Ritual of Extracting the Essence of Vows," even a single line of Vajra speech has been quoted in various different occasions such as abbreviation, mixing, abbreviated application, and sequential establishment, as written in the commentary. From this, it can be known that even each Vajra word has been explained with many different meanings from the teachings of the father and son lineages, and these are not contradictory. The commentator himself also said that the verses of the root tantra are used in the practice of Vajrasattva, combined with the remaining merging into luminosity, and here it is used for the explanation of attaining Buddhahood in the Bardo. Similarly, in the Vajra Garland, the teachings of "the aggregates of form and the mirror, etc." are also used here for attaining Buddhahood in the Bardo. In the commentary of chapter eleven, it is used for the occasion of merging the illusory body into luminosity in this life, while in the abbreviation and mixing, it is used for the occasion of the remaining merging into luminosity. In the sequential establishment, it is used for both the occasion of the basic death sequence and the occasion of the path of the completion stage. Regarding the ritual of entering the mandala of ultimate truth mentioned in the Vajra Garland, guiding with the sequence of twenty-five self-natures, if the meaning mentioned in the commentary is explained in detail, then the Vajra Garland says: "The aggregates of form and the mirror, the earth element, the eye sense, and form, as well as the five manifestations, are completely in accordance with the two wrathful deities. The feeling aggregate is equanimity, the water element, the ear sense, and sound, as well as the five manifestations, are completely in accordance with the two wrathful deities. The aggregate of perception is individual discrimination, the chyme, the nose sense, and smell, as well as the five manifestations, are completely in accordance with the two wrathful deities. The aggregate of volition is action accomplishment, the wind element, the tongue sense, and taste, as well as the five manifestations, are completely in accordance with the two wrathful deities. Above and below are completely in accordance with the wrathful deities, self-nature is appearance. The aggregate of consciousness is merged, consciousness is also luminosity, along with nirvana, all is empty, and it is also the explanation of the Dharmakaya." Thus it is said. Among them, form
