Now, let them be pleased and delighted by the actions of body, speech, and mind. The vajra of the heart should not be despised. The meaning of "The vajra of the heart should not be despised" is that one should not disparage the hearts, i.e., the minds, of those women with abusive words. This is because the root of the body is the mind, and the root of the bodhicitta is the body. It is said that this is in accordance with Patshab's view and is excellent. Its meaning is that the root of the practitioner's bodhicitta, which grows like a Kundā (a type of flower), is the body, such as that of a lotus-holder, and the root of that body is also the mind of the mudrā, so one should not disparage her mind with abusive words. Some say that the corresponding term for "should not be disparaged" is "should not be separated from desire." If it is explained as "one should not be separated from desire because the bindu is depleted," it seems that the context is not understood. The vajra of the heart not being despised means that one should not displease the woman's mind with abusive words, and it is not directed at the practitioner's own mind. Therefore, although the corresponding term can generally be translated as detachment, in this case, it must be translated as "should not be disgusted" or "should not be disparaged." With this in mind, the precept "Fourteen acts of contempt towards women who are the nature of wisdom" was also made. It should be understood that the root of the mind is the body, and the root of the body is the bodhicitta. The three vajra vows are the vows of body, speech, and mind. Because it is unique, it is great, and because he revealed it, the Great Vajradhara spoke thus, which is a concluding word. For the yogis who abide in the three conducts, in order to eliminate attachment to external Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and in order to show oneself as the supreme deity, he spoke of "from then on," etc. All the Tathagatas are the victors of the three times, and this is what he taught. Because it should be concealed from those who have inferior faith, it is the secret vajra, and he revealed it. "In short" means in brief. If one wonders what is summarized, it is the five aggregates, the five faculties, and the five objects.
