Within the three, it is shown that Brahma, Ishvara, and Vishnu are gathered together in sequence. In order to dispel the misconception that relying on the vows of Brahma and others would lead one astray, it is said, "Then," etc.: Old translation: The words "one's own vajra of vow, this" appear, but in others: པ་ཚབ: it says, "This vow of the three vajras," which is in accordance with the commentary. It is said that the vow of the three vajras is the nature of the body vajra and so on. The body vajra and so on are easy to understand. The body vajra becomes Brahma, the speech vajra is the great Ishvara, the king of the mind is Vajradhara, and that is Vishnu, with great miraculous power. Thus it is said, the deities of the three vajras, such as Vairochana, are called by the names of Brahma and so on, in order to subdue those who believe in these three. Having thus shown the vows of the main deities, in order to show the vows of the Yakshinis and others with lesser miraculous powers, it is said, "Then," etc.: The Yakshini who eats meat, blood, wine, etc., always enjoys other women. Among them, "women always: པ་ཚབ: take pleasure at will," etc., is pure, and women are Yakshinis. Those who are extremely addicted to sexual intercourse are the great vajra. For those of fierce nature, these meats, etc., should be pleased with these difficult-to-transgress vows that are characterized by giving and also eating oneself. In order to show the vows of the Naga daughters, it is said, "Then," etc.: The Naga king is Dhanamjaya and so on. The queen of the Naga: པ་ཚབ: power is said to be of all. The queens of those are the consorts. Their vow is the meaning of the Naga women's manifest desire. Drinking milk and sowing discord, because they have two tongues and can distinguish, are those who have the ability to distinguish speech, that is, the Naga women who cling to desire and take pleasure in the fragrance of incense, practicing these vows of sowing discord and so on, should be practiced and controlled with mantras. If this is not done, one will surely become afflicted and not be independent, up to here is the concluding statement. Whoever is not a god

If one wishes to enjoy with their daughters, in order to show the method of accomplishing this, therefore, it is said, "From then on," etc. :Patshab: The fierce arrogance is oppressed by the burden. It says, "With the arrogance of an angry and extremely violent nature, manifestly oppressing as if with a burden, and always clinging to the use of incense and other things, this is one aspect of their vows. Their extensive vows are difficult to subdue, difficult to practice. Therefore, it should be understood from the Vajrabhairava and Vajra Subterranean Tantras." In order to show the Rakshasi's vows, therefore, it is said, "From then on," etc. One should give the ashes of skull bones and oil, that is, human bone marrow, and the fat of cooked elephant and horse meat, etc., to those evil things, this will make them happy. "All beings," etc., is also the vow of meat-eaters, etc. "Purifier" means the one who destroys obstacles. "Accomplishing great deeds" refers to the practitioners, accomplishing great deeds for those practitioners is for the sake of accomplishing the initiated task. In order to please the Vajra Dakini, her vow is spoken, that is, "From then on," etc. All Vajra Dakinis, this Vajra Dakini here, is not the transcendent Dakini spoken of earlier, but the worldly Dakini, because it was previously said that this is the vow of lesser magical powers such as Yakshinis. Therefore, this is not the White Goddess of Hevajra, etc., but Gauri, the consort of Ishvara, and the consort known as White Goddess. The word "etc." also includes those similar to them. White Goddess, etc., that is, taken from their own bodies, etc., of their vows. The five ambrosias such as feces and the five meats, purified with mantras, and then eaten, and alcohol, that is, mixed alcohol, and wines such as grapes and grains, one drinks oneself and gives to them, with the union of Vajra Dakinis, that is, with the union of Gauri, White Goddess, etc., with the characteristics of the place, that is, increasing evil things, blood.
