Among all the precious jewels, it is the most extraordinary. In order to grant wishes, it possesses all the merits of gods, humans, and non-humans. When all sentient beings pray, they can obtain gold and other things merely by thinking of them. Merely by wishing, all needs can be fulfilled. The emergence of these precious jewels and so on, if analyzed with the wisdom that examines reality, does not originate from the minds of the praying sentient beings, nor does it come from the wish-fulfilling jewel. Therefore, all dharmas should be understood as having the nature of illusion. And the Buddhas who have attained complete enlightenment, and the assembly of sentient beings who have not yet attained complete enlightenment. Their dharma, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, is the sixth cause of the wheels of the gods. From this, all accomplishments arise, and it should also be understood and comprehended as being like an illusion. Starting with "Then," etc., all the Bhagavan Tathagatas, such as the Immovable One, etc., from eyes opened with great joy. Some Indian texts say that the eyes became wide open because they possessed five kinds of joy. According to this statement, the five senses are joyful and comfortable, and the eyes become wide open because they possess greatness. The body, speech, and mind vajras of all the Tathagatas are the great Vajradhara, and they pray to him in this way. "Bhagavan, who" refers to who is wonderful. "To all the dharmas that follow the sky" refers to following the realm of the sky, and similarly, it is pervaded by the oneness of emptiness, and all dharmas do not exist by their own nature. The dharmas of the Buddhas are the body of wisdom, that is, the illusory body, and these illusory bodies are gathered, that is, all the foundations that can be considered "person" ultimately converge into the body of wind and mind alone, and they are amazed at the way to practice clear light and illusory body. 1 Those who follow it will change and move. 2 What is wonderful is extraordinary. After such joy arises, what will be done next? Starting with "Then"

It was said, like...etc. All those Buddhas and Bodhisattvas prostrated and paid homage to the Blessed One, Vajrapani, the two feet of the Great Vajradhara, and requested, saying: Blessed One, the Vajra-siddhis of all mantras that you have spoken, in brief, are the so-called mantras, such as rosary mantras, etc. Vajra is meditation, and the siddhis produced by it are mundane and supramundane. The essence of these is, where do those siddhis of the Vajra essence of all the mantras that you have spoken and taught reside? This is what was asked. Then, like...etc. is the answer. Vajrapani refers to the Great Vajradhara. He approved of them and said to them: Blessed One, it does not reside anywhere, which is not found in the two new and old translations. It does not reside anywhere, like...etc. The siddhis of the Vajra essence of all mantras, all mantras are the practitioners, and they will not even temporarily reside on the body, speech, and mind of those practitioners. Therefore, it does not reside anywhere. Why is that? This is saying: The reason, the reason: why is that? Because from the ultimate point of view, one's own body, etc., and the siddhis of mantras, etc., in the ultimate truth, are without inherent existence from the very beginning. This is hiding the remaining part of the accomplishment. It must be done like this. The meaning is, in the tantra, why is that? After asking the reason for the accomplishment, like the commentary, not saying the remaining part of the accomplishment is hidden or secret. This is also because it can be known by implication, so it is not indicated, or it is said to be hidden or secret. Why is that? It means that in the ultimate truth, my body, etc., and the siddhis of mantras, etc., are completely established as without inherent existence in the ultimate truth. Secret means that it is said to be non-existent in all ways. If it is like this, then is the accomplishment of all siddhis non-existent in all ways? The answer is: However, like...etc. It appears like this, meaning that if it does not exist in the ultimate truth, it is thought to be truly non-existent. If it exists, one will cling to the wrong conception that is established by its own nature. However...
