It is not. The meaning of that is that the explanations of the previous ones seem not to have seen the explanation of the eight qualities of mastery. Therefore, the ascetic practice of Avalokiteśvara should be combined with the explanation of the eight qualities of mastery. In that regard, mastery causes the world of sentient beings to arise and cease, subtly; it causes the world of containers to arise, lightly; it causes both to arise and cease, becoming the master. And here, the yogi is able to emanate and gather these. The latter is shown by truly attaining. Going wherever one thinks with the mind-body shows that it is omnipresent. All beings should be worshiped, which shows that it is extremely bright or apparent by overwhelming others with light and splendor. Having the power to punish and subdue sentient beings means becoming independent. To influence the qualities as one wishes is to have what one wishes. Being able to obtain what one desires in this way means dwelling in joy, which is shown by steadfastness. By subduing the three realms, one will become a great victor. It should be said like this. Furthermore, in just one moment, one will be able to walk on the ground that is full of hundreds of millions of yojanas. Even under such ground, it is like a vajra, which is good. Even under the ground, one can walk like a vajra seat. Similarly, the directions and corners such as the east, and in an instant, one will be able to travel unhindered through the three thousand great thousand worlds. Because it has countless mudras, it is glorious. Because it has the qualities of the ten powers and fearlessness, it becomes a Buddha, so this also becomes the same as that, it should be understood as the same as that. Walking unhindered like this, in order to walk happily, the desire realm and so on are declared. The four great kings and the thirty-three gods and the non-contention, the Tushita and Nirmāṇarati, and the Paranirmita-vaśavartin, these six are the desire realm. The goddesses who live there, and what is called the enjoyment of the gods, which is the same as the enjoyment of the gods, is the enjoyment of the gods, such as the wheel-turning king, etc.

Inviting the daughter known as the Earth Mother, the so-called "lineage" refers to the lineages of gods and asuras, etc. Their conduct is the women associated with them. Not only do those who dwell in the desire realm engage in desire, but if there are women in the form realm, they will also engage with them. This is said to be a description of the extraordinary distinction of ability. The union of learning has such merits, and if this is well understood, one will not be satisfied with appearances like pith instructions. The so-called Samaya Hero, the Samaya is the ordinary body, making the hero called Vajra Great Being invisible, which is abandonment, that is the Samaya, the invisible Vajra Great Being, the Great Vajradhara. The phrase "Thus he spoke" is a concluding word. Then, and so on. The Buddha is a person like a precious jewel. At first, merely hearing it causes the mind to be confused, and the mind moves involuntarily. This is similar to mental confusion, so it is said that way. The way the mind moves is because the meaning of what is said is very wonderful. Showing what happened in the past now is to show later learners that when they hear profound Dharma, they should generate such thoughts, and this must be understood. Later, because of realizing the nature of thinking and meditating, the mind is empowered, that is, wisdom arises, which means that those meanings arise in the continuum as appropriate. After that, there is great joy because of faith in the teacher. Precisely because of this, feeling amazed, opening the eyes wide, the words of speech showing extreme delight will be explained below. Thus he spoke and said, "Emaho," and so on. "Emaho" means that amazement has arisen. The object of amazement is that the mantra of Avalokiteśvara and Yama's slayer alone can accomplish many deeds, and the mantra of Vajra recitation alone can accomplish countless deeds. This is very amazing, extremely rare, and even the attachment of playing with women can become a path, thereby transcending the world and beyond the world.
