That which guides and leads the beings to be tamed, that is the Vajra principle. The Sanskrit word for this "principle" is "Naya," and in terms of words, "Niyante" means to guide, and "Akrishya" means to lead. Lo. The mind's encouragement, because it is supreme and excellent, is the supreme Vajra principle. The ritual of encouragement is: with Vajradhara as the chief, first is the union, then the supreme king of the mandala and the shaking of the rays, and the actions of releasing pleasure, etc., are the supreme king. By relying on the mudras, happiness is generated. The view of emptiness, which is not established by the three doors of body, speech, and mind alone, is combined and practiced, and the recitation of the three syllables, etc. These should be practiced afterwards. The so-called "doing within seven days" means doing it from the day of commencement until the seventh day. The so-called "Wisdom Vajra," etc., speaks of the benefits of the ritual. The Wisdom Vajra is the practitioner. The secret is the guru's instructions, because it is obtained from the oral instructions. The so-called "body, speech, and mind" refers to the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagata to be practiced. The so-called "will be accomplished" means that the practitioner will be accomplished. The so-called "fear" means becoming afraid. The way of accomplishment is: the Buddhas have vowed that if you do and practice in this way, you will be accomplished, and you are afraid because you are breaking the vow. The Tathagatas who have become like that also become afraid, because they are controlled by great compassion, and with a mind free from obstacles, they will see that they are giving the practitioner excellent things, and they will take them in by giving them the accomplishments they desire in their hearts. After taking them in, what will they do? It is said that "joy in the heart," etc., joy appears in the heart, and because of joy, the vast and boundless beings of the world who have become lovely, directly and the eight siddhis of the world-transcenders, etc., will give and bestow through them. Who will give? It is said that "Buddha," etc., the Buddha is Akshobhya, etc. Bodhisattva

“gsung ni ‘di skad ces bya ba ni”乃此语。“bka’ stsal to zhes bya ba ni”乃宣说。

Ah, these are Maitreya and so on. To accomplish the supreme conduct of mantra, what is called "ཞེ་བྱ་བ་ནི" refers to the accomplished beings who are students of Bodhi, and they will bestow it. As for the means of urging the essence as previously explained, what will happen to a practitioner who does not diligently practice them? It is said, "smongs pas" and so on. If the practitioner is of a deluded nature, this object of urging the essence is the Tathagata with great power, while I am an ordinary person with very little power, so I cannot urge it. If one fully understands this and, after contemplating, does not urge the essence, that is delusion. What is the nature of such ignorance? It is the nature of delusion. The practice of accomplishing Siddhi continues until the end of the practitioner's life. By what action is Siddhi accomplished? It is by the action of desiring to accomplish Siddhi that life will be exhausted, and Siddhi will not be attained, because one is separated from truly urging the essence. This is the intention, and it is as the words say. Thus, in the common practice of the generation stage, the means of truly urging the essence for those who have entered into mantra, etc., has been shown. That is the supreme Siddhi. In order to show the urging of the essence for those who abide in the supreme practice of the completion stage, it is said, "de nas" and so on. The meaning of "de nas" and so on has already been explained. "gsung ni 'di skad ces bya ba ni" means these words. "bka' stsal to zhes bya ba ni" means spoken. Mantra is the great secret. Any person who enters into it, no matter who, as it says, "How many mantra beings are there?" is very clear. Its meaning is how many beings abiding in the great secret completion stage must have their essence urged, etc. Any person who enters into the secret of mantra, no matter who, is how many mantra beings there are. The wisdom of the three Vajras refers to the Tathagatas, etc., who are accomplished by appearance, increase, and attainment. The body accomplished by the three appearances is completely filled by those Tathagatas, so it is complete.
