If one practices asceticism, although those two faults may occur, it is unreasonable for those two faults to occur when practicing both asceticism and vows. So, how should one understand the overall faults of asceticism? It is faultless to explain the faults of both the asceticism of non-Buddhists, and entering this path, even having obtained empowerment and vows, but abandoning them and practicing asceticism. འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་པ་སྟེ། (Tibetan) means 'straightforward'. ༈. Explaining the definitive meaning of "eating alms" etc., with the testimony of the scriptures, I will now begin to speak. The Sanskrit word for alms is bhikṣā (梵文天城体:भिक्षा,梵文罗马拟音:bhikṣā,English literal meaning: alms), and in terms of definitive etymology, it is divided into bhinna (梵文天城体:भिन्न,梵文罗马拟音:bhinna,English literal meaning: different) and akṣara (梵文天城体:अक्षर,梵文罗马拟音:akṣara,English literal meaning: letter), which means letters. What is divided into different is that the sound of wind and letters is alms. Having done that, reciting that mantra is eating that alms. In the 'Transformation', it says that one does not want to eat those alms. ཁདེ་དག་ཀསློངས་མོ་གཟ་བར་མི་འདོད་བ་ནི། (Tibetan) is that one does not want to eat those alms, which means that whichever yogi enjoys reciting the sound of wind and mantra without distinction. Such a yogi, exhaling breath from the mouth, inhaling, and combining, that is, the very nature of the wind of the four chakras, abiding as the basis of the wind of the wisdom goddess and the wind of the protector of means. ༼ག༽ (Tibetan) The three places, mantra and letters, are recited without distinction, with their limbs undiminished, as previously explained. This should be done. The lord of yoga, day and night, the number of recitations is, twenty-one thousand, and six hundred. This is the definitive meaning. In the scriptures, even for unbearable asceticism and vows, a definitive explanation was given, but it is not quoted here, considering that it is easy to understand through the above content. ༈. In order to emphasize the need to enjoy desirable qualities on this path, it is said: In the past, all knowledgeable and wise beings also attained the great Vajradhara state by enjoying desirable qualities. To explain this, "Buddha" etc. were said. A Buddha is a person like a jewel. A Bodhisattva is a person like a white lotus, etc. The practice of mantra is the action tantra, the performance tantra, and both, that is, the yoga of

The conduct explained in the tantra. The most excellent of those is the conduct of Anuttarayoga, those who have the manner of practicing those are called Dharma, which is the conventional truth. Immovable is the ultimate truth, the immovable that is in accordance with the Dharma is the immovable Dharma. The nature of combining those two, the Great Vajradhara himself, is the basis of all powers, therefore it is the most excellent and outstanding. Attaining it is to realize it directly. Attaining it is also because of relying on all the qualities of desire as one wishes. The verse "So So" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) says that if one abandons reliance on desirable qualities, one will not obtain the great bliss of the melting of single-pointed Bodhicitta, therefore again refuting asceticism and so on. This is explained without intention. ༈ The objects relied upon by the Buddhas of the past, each showing three forms, is the joy of dwelling, in order to lay the foundation for relying on desirable qualities. It is said "one with attachment" and so on. "One with attachment" means attachment to the objects that have been obtained. That is also desiring non-dual wisdom, relying on and learning in all activities. These refer to those who like to use attachment to desirable qualities as the path, have sharp faculties, and desire to attain union, those who have these three characteristics are shown as the basis of this path. Because all sentient beings desire and pursue it, it is desire. Because the Buddha himself has the quality of the most excellent giving, it is quality. It is both desire and quality, therefore it is the quality of desire. Those five are the objects of the five senses, and one should rely on and constantly learn in all activities. If one relies on the qualities of desire in that way, what will one do? It is said "Bodhisattva" and so on. Bodhisattva refers to the nature of the eyes and so on, which is the Earth Treasury Bodhisattva and so on that are mentioned. By repeatedly enjoying the extremely pleasing five objects, those senses are made happy, that is, they are satisfied and grow. Earth Treasury Bodhisattva, that is, the eyes and so on are pleased and satisfied, what will they do? Bodhi
