I, in both the old and new translations, it says, 'Through samadhi like illusion,' but this is not good, because it is a common practice of both stages, and it is clearly stated that it is done through the yoga of one's own deity. Both verses similarly say that one should enjoy objects that benefit the senses according to one's own desires, but the former is combined with elaboration and the latter with non-elaboration, so it is not repetitive. One should engage with samadhi. It is precisely because one needs to enjoy desirable qualities at will that it is said to be asceticism, etc., that is, the asceticism of building temples, etc., through physical labor and fatigue, and the twelve vows of virtuous practice such as under trees, and the asceticism of non-Buddhists, such as jumping from mountains and entering fire, which are unbearable. Do not rely on those ascetic practices; if you are like burning, you will not achieve enlightenment. So, by what means can one quickly achieve enlightenment? By relying on all desirable enjoyments, one will quickly achieve enlightenment. It is said that because all desire and seek it, it is all desire. Relying on those who engage in close enjoyment is to please the Great Vajradhara, and therefore one will quickly attain the accomplishment of Mahamudra in this very life, which is the literal meaning. Thus, having completely prohibited the attainment of Mahamudra through physical suffering, in order to also prohibit the mental suffering of the practitioner, which is caused by excessive attachment to food and drink, etc., which causes intense mental suffering, it is said to eat alms, etc., that is, by relying on what was said earlier, in the manner of eating food obtained through begging, do not recite mantras, that is, do not recite. Eating alms is only to slightly indicate one aspect, therefore, like going to beg, do not recite mantras even when combined with other things because you are too attached to and immersed in inferior things such as completely seeking. Also, do not be happy with begging, meaning begging

The term "near" means not being overly attached to begging, nor overly greedy for food, but rather maintaining the body as needed. This is the path of primarily practicing ease. Because it is necessary to increase the body with its faculties and support, it is not permissible to merely sustain life. Regarding food and drink, one should only enjoy as much as helps to increase happiness, and avoid exceeding that limit. This is not a characteristic of extreme simplicity, and the other two practices are similar, which will be explained in the "Difficult Explanation." When practicing extreme simplicity, although there is actually no karma mudra, one can enjoy the objects of desire of the wisdom mudra as one pleases. By being content with this, one can practice extreme simplicity. So, what should one do while abiding in the aforementioned practices? The sutra says "In all desires," etc. The mantra is three syllables. The limbs can also be transformed into the body, without degeneration, which is the yoga of the divine body. Through the non-dual way of oneself and the divine body, one enjoys all desires and recites the mantra. What merit is there in enjoying desires in this way? The sutra says "Body, speech, and mind," etc. By enjoying general desires, especially the desires of the vidya, the body, speech, and mind are blissful, and one obtains single-pointed samadhi. Enjoying desires is not necessary for common samadhi, but it is necessary for generating the single-pointedness of co-emergent great bliss, so it is necessary to distinguish them. Obtaining single-pointed samadhi, one obtains enlightenment, that is, one obtains the great Vajradhara and truly experiences it. The sutra says "Abandoning asceticism," etc. Among them, the two feet of "abandoning" directly reveal the faults of ascetic practice and imply the benefits of the practice of ease. Light, that is, not abandoning the causes and conditions of untimely death, leading to death, and after dying from here, one will definitely fall into hell, such as Avici hell, and be burned. So, the previously mentioned "unbearable" asceticism,
