The Tathāgata and the Bodhisattva should be regarded as yogis who are learning. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who have abandoned afflictions and their imprints, along with cognitive obscurations, such as Kṣitigarbha, have also abandoned afflictions and imprints. For them, there is no Soma-ni. Here, the term "Tathāgata" refers to a person like a jewel, whose two stages of virtuous roots are fully matured, who has fully matured the continuum of complete growth, who has become learned, who manifestly desires to attain Buddhahood itself for the benefit of all sentient beings, and who is determined to be of the lineage of the unsurpassed vehicle. The meaning of complete assembly is that if one is separated from the instructions of the supreme guru, then these are not their realms, because they lack the ability to discern the meaning. What need is there to mention other Bodhisattvas? Like sandalwood-like beings, the four whose roots of virtue have not fully matured, although they ultimately want to attain Buddhahood, but for those with less interest in immediately practicing lower attainments, what need is there to mention their realization? It should be understood that the meaning of assembly is complete, because realization is very difficult. For the time being, there is no interest in holding the assembly, which is an implication. They will ask future lecturers to give praise and offerings, or say, "This is difficult to understand, is it not good to temporarily enter other (Dharmas)?" and indicate that they will not agree immediately. Thus, after hearing the words of the Blessed One, those who are certain of their lineage, like jewels, also think that this is not their realm, and are therefore surprised. What need is there to mention those whose lineage is not yet determined, such as white lotuses? Therefore, they were amazed. Then, all the Tathāgatas again requested the Blessed One, saying, "Blessed One, even one who has such excellent qualities..." and so on. Because it is said "also" for one who has such excellent qualities, this is to show that he is a jewel-like person, which is the intention expressed in a tone that shows contradiction to other meanings. The secret of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathāgatas refers to eating, protecting, and relying on.

The vows that do not deviate from what has been said, and the precepts that prevent the opposing aspects of these vows, such as the unsurpassed yoga, are the three types of the three vajra families, which are the common objects to be protected with others. Summarizing into three types is the meaning of the letters. This means that before practicing the path, one must understand and protect the vows well. The secrets of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas are the cause of generating deities, which are the three syllables. Generating deities from them and practicing is the common meaning. The secrets of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas are the manifestation of self-nature, the three wisdoms. The self-nature of the manifestation of self-nature is the name of the eighty types of conceptual thoughts. The manifestation of self-nature is the name of the wisdoms. The manifestation is connected with the mount of wind, and the manifestation is the adornment of the mind. The secrets of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas are the self-nature body of pure wisdom, the three vajras are inseparable, which is ultimate. Thus, the common and uncommon vows and precepts, and the secrets of the two stages of generation and completion, are not pleasing to show to the retinue, therefore, the blessing with the words of the arising of the vajra vow of all Tathagatas is done during the hidden explanation, and there it is only symbolic, so all four methods should be the same. Please explain. Connect in this way. To whom should it be said? Previously to all Tathagatas, this is said to the person who joins later and wants to listen. How to bless? It is the Tathagatas following and entering the disciple's body, that is, the three of body, etc., which is done by the lama. This shows that at the time of the vase empowerment, wisdom is bestowed upon the disciple, and the wisdom being is invited to enter, etc. By what method to bless? It is through the door of all six families of Tathagatas, such as Vairochana, with the vajra, that is, the accomplishment of siddhi, without deviating, with the words of the empowerment that cause the arising of the vow. This is the meaning of the letters. Here, the retinue is blessed with the words of the arising of the vajra vow.

From the blessing of "Please show the assembly," it refers to empowerment. In the summary of the first chapter, it is said that for those who are qualified to listen, the empowerment of wisdom is given. If this treatise does not explain the ritual of empowerment, it is because there is nothing else in the first chapter, and it is also said here that empowerment is performed during the secret explanation, which is the same for the other three cases. The Vajra Samaya of all Tathagatas (Sanskrit: Tathāgata, Romanized Sanskrit: tathāgata, literal meaning: Thus Gone) is the Body Vajra, such as Vairochana and the other six. The words that arise from them are the seed syllables that generate these six, such as Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), which is the general meaning. This shows that during the vase empowerment, the six lineages are generated from each seed syllable. The Vajra Samaya is the equal entry of the two roots of the father and mother. The words or places that arise from it are the basis of great bliss, the bindu of Bodhicitta. To bless with this is to perform empowerment. This shows that the guru father and mother equally enter and place the bindu on the tongue, performing the secret empowerment; and after the disciple and consort father and mother equally enter, the bindu is lowered onto the Vajra Jewel, from which the empowerment of wisdom and prajna is obtained. This is the secret of the Dharma of desire. The Vajra Samaya is luminosity. The words or places that arise in reverse from luminosity are the Great Emptiness, the Utter Emptiness, and Emptiness itself. Relying on these four emptinesses to bless, that is, the Buddhas of the past and the gurus of the future manifest the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya, the two bodies of the deity of union, in the continuum of the disciples who are to be empowered, and truly reveal them. To manifest is to truly reveal. This shows that the fourth empowerment of union is given to the disciple, making them a vessel, this is the fourth empowerment, which is the ultimate. For what purpose is the prayer made? Starting from experiencing the uncontaminated body bliss and mind bliss of all Tathagatas (Sanskrit: Tathāgata, Romanized Sanskrit: tathāgata, literal meaning: Thus Gone), up to all the knowable things of all Tathagatas (Sanskrit: Tathāgata, Romanized Sanskrit: tathāgata, literal meaning: Thus Gone)
