Chag: said, village activities are carried out behind the scenes. In detail, in the commentary on the Vajra Dakini, it says: That is, embracing, kissing, pinching, biting, acting truthfully, making a "hissing" sound, performing male actions, sitting on top, and the eight, with the difference of discrimination, become eighty-eight sixty-four kinds. As it is said, it should be understood from the sixty-four arts that are said. A pearl necklace is a collar, a bracelet, a circular bracelet: an ornament. The sound of rings and anklets shaking, and the equal entry of the root realm and the senses, is the enjoyment of the five objects of wisdom by the five senses of skillful means. The vajra and lotus are united together, that is, from the union, wisdom and skillful means enter equally, as it is said in the Vajra Garland: The hero and yogini unite, when the two secret channels, touch with true union. As it is said, the ends of the two dhūtīs of the secret place meet and enter equally, that is, relying on the karma seal to bring out the great essence of co-emergence. When entering in this way, Āli Kāli, that is, from the practice of gathering and dispersing changes, it says: From the seventy-two thousand channels, like a stream of immaculate water, Āli Kāli melts away, the meaning is the same, that is, from the channels flows the white bodhicitta of Āli and the red bodhicitta of Kāli. The umbrella of desire and the turtle (also called the turtle's neck), and the full moon, that is, moving the three channels with three fingers, urging vigorously, is done before entering equally. The sound of joy and the sound of illusion are the sound of the vajra and lotus rubbing together. By this, experiencing the bliss of supreme joy is experiencing the co-emergent wisdom of luminosity, from the nature of the aggregates, realms, and sources, starting from the crown of the head, melting like a stream of immaculate rain, dripping into the nature of bodhicitta, and truly placing it in the dharma-arising place of the Mother, using that bindu to purify sentient beings who act on greed and so on.

Having transformed the wheel of the mandala into an external form, accomplishing the activity through elaboration, and after abiding in the mandala, again the main deity enters into the clear light, becoming a state of non-discrimination. In order to demonstrate the meaning just spoken, then, the Bhagavan Vajrapani Tathagata, having entered into the samadhi called "The Glory of Enjoying All Desires," with the wheel of the vow, engages in desire and does not speak to all the consorts of the Tathagatas. Thus it is said. "Desire, desire" is not found in the new and old translations. "All" refers to the objects such as the form of the vidya. Enjoying them means fully knowing the reality of their own nature, combining with the eyes and so on, that is, not preventing the going to the object, but enjoying. Its glory is the union of bliss and emptiness, the state of bliss of universal joy. To abide in the samadhi that is called such is to attain it. The Tathagata is the lord, and the consorts of all those Tathagatas refer to the four, the eyes and so on. The wheel of the vow means that, with the nature of the four families, Vairochana and so on, engaging in desire and enjoying the eyes and so on, and not speaking, that is, being separated from activities such as teaching the Dharma, abiding together with the wisdom mudra, up to the word "abiding," is the vow. The consort eye-mother and so on at the time of the fruition are also said to be the wisdom mudra, therefore, one should know that there are two kinds of wisdom mudra: the goddess who has become the wisdom body, and the goddess who is generated through conceptual thought. "Then" means after the Bhagavan abides in the wisdom mudra. In all these realms of space, the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, the vajra vow wheel: Pa Tsab: says. Completely filled with semen, abiding like a vajra vase filled with water. What is said is that this measure of space is of all the Tathagatas, that is, the body that has become the nature of the Great Vajradhara.

Perfectly endowed with the three vajras, such as the vajra. The samaya, such as Vairochana, is the wheel of the Tathagatas, that is, the assembly. It is completely filled, like a sesame pod, without any gaps. Like a vase filled with vajra water, it means supreme joy, that is, like a wonderful vase that fulfills all desires filled with vajra water, it remains without any gaps and unmoving. This is the meaning of what is said. After that, in order to show that the Bhagavan benefits beings by entering into samadhi with the wisdom mudra, it is said: From this vajra space, whoever arises from the samaya of the three bodies, all those who are touched by the splendor of the vajra. All will become Buddhas, Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly enlightened, possessing the wisdom of the three vajras. Thus it is said. The meaning of this is: The vajra space is the: place: of the three realms, that is, all beings who dwell there. Arising truly from the samaya of the three bodies is the nature of the three vajras. The splendor of the vajra means that it is touched and illuminated by the bliss of the great vajra holder. It refers to the light of the bodhicitta of the father and mother in samadhi. By the splendor of the great vajra holder, that is, by being touched by bliss and made an object, all beings can attain the state of Tathagata. The three vajras are the great vajra holder. Its wisdom is the ten powers and the four fearlessnesses, etc., that is, experiencing them. From then on, that is, starting from the vajra light empowerment, that is, after the empowerment of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, one becomes named Samantabhadra Samantabhadra, meaning unprecedented. This action does not show that samsara is exhausted, but rather places countless beings in that state. After that, all beings are empowered by the wisdom light of the bodhicitta, and after the empowerment, the beings to be tamed are all shown to be the equality of Samantabhadra, thereby showing how the retinue will speak.
