The common body, speech, and mind, their non-manifestation is entering into luminosity. From this luminosity, the Vajra body truly arises, hence it is called Samaya. As it is like the Guru's body, it is called Samaya. All Vajras, the non-manifest voidness luminosity and Samaya are united, these two arise from the body of the Teacher and so on. At this time, the Vajradhara should practice four sessions of yoga each day, and should always take substances. This is well said. The so-called four sessions are the four emptinesses. The so-called supreme is the unsurpassed path of meditating on emptiness. The so-called daily is constant. The so-called should practice is should meditate. The so-called again substance, is that the body should also be taken, that is, it should be taken before obtaining the body of union. The so-called constant is the method of constantly taking the body. To this end, one should continuously enter the luminosity at all times, that is, after entering the luminosity, with the aim of attaining the body of union, one should again manifest as an illusory body. With the word "again and again," it not only means continuously entering the luminosity, but also means continuously manifesting the illusory body, so the word "constant" should be combined with both. It should be understood in this way. The Samaya Vajra is perfectly accomplished, that is, the Samaya that pleases the Tathagata. In order for those who realize Suchness to benefit beings for a long time, in order to show the ritual of abiding in one's own body without relying on external essence extraction, the words "from then on" and so on are spoken. The wisdom of space is Suchness. One who holds and focuses on this is the space holder, that is, the yogi. From this, the body truly grows, hence it is called Samaya, that is, the ritual of growth. By acting with what is the same as it, and growing the body, it is called Samaya, that is, the ritual of growth, this ritual also comes from oneself and so on. With body, speech, and mind, the practitioner's own body, speech, and mind Vajra bliss.

In order to be written. Ornaments, etc., that is, meditating on the crown chakra, visualizing it as nectar Kundali (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Meaning). It is said that the bodhicitta dripping from the crown chakra flows through the path of the uvula to the center of the tongue. Therefore, one should visualize the nectar flowing through that position to the uvula. Some say that one should visualize the nectar dripping from the lunar mandala from the sixteen vowels that have been completely transformed at the crown of the head. The benefit of this is the Three Vajras (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Meaning), etc. The Three Vajras (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Meaning) are the body. Since it starts from its birth and goes equally and follows, therefore, the vows of the Three Vajras (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Meaning), that is, the basis of diseases such as wind. All of these cannot be defeated and suppressed by those angry and extremely agitated things. As the Blessed One said in the Sutra of Wisdom, that is, the Yoga Mother Tantra: Whoever has the nature of nectar Kundali (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Meaning), from the crown of the head [from the crown of the head constantly dripping: Ba Tsho: says. That nectar that constantly drips from there. If the Yoga Empowered One drinks it, he will destroy old age and death. Just as people draw water from the empty stem of a lotus. Similarly, by guiding the nectar of the crown chakra like water through the path of the uvula like a stem, and approaching and drinking it, the yogi becomes very powerful and lives long. As it is said. Also, in the summary of the root tantra itself, it is said: The tongue should be attached to the palate, and one should contemplate the tip of the nose. By the blissful touch of the vajra lingam, the mind becomes calm. As it is said. The literal meaning of this summary is that the practitioner of the Dharma Seal attaches the tongue to the palate and contemplates the tip of the nose on the face as the vajra lingam. But according to what is quoted here, by attaching the tongue to the palate, the tongue touches the tip of the nose of the uvula, thereby drinking the nectar. This should be explained according to the intention of what the scripture refers to. For example, the literal meaning of some scriptures is direct, but their intention can become ultimate, which is not contradictory. Therefore, for those who are completely immersed in the inner self, they should be satisfied.
