Namo. The so-called "without remainder" is of four kinds. The so-called "three realms without impurity" is the Great Vajradhara. The so-called "its mandala" is the place. What is that? It is luminosity, that is, the mandala of the three realms without impurity. One should practice the path of words that is completely purified by luminosity. What will that become? It is said, "The accomplishment of words," and so on. The place of the accomplishment of words is the Lord of Speech. The joy from this is extremely pleasing, and this is a vow that is extremely difficult to transgress. Similarly, the complete purification of mind is all the activities of the mind. The so-called "all the vajra nature of mind" refers to the three kinds of actions that are characterized by covetousness, malice, and wrong views. Among them, malice is extreme hatred towards sentient beings. Covetousness is the manifest desire to think, "How wonderful it would be if I could obtain the wealth of others." Wrong view is saying that giving is useless, and so on. These three are the actions of the mind. The so-called "by holding the vajra firmly" is the wisdom that is focused on luminosity. Meditation is to thoroughly engage by individually examining the suchness of actions that are virtuous and non-virtuous. The so-called "indestructible vajra," and so on, is to bring the distinctions closer and gather them together. The so-called "indestructible vajra with three qualities" is the vow of those who abide in the samadhi of the completion stage, and not of others. These are the three vows that one should diligently practice without transgressing, which have just been explained. The Bhagavan Samantabhadra Vajrasattva spoke those words. Now, in order to show that the yogis who begin the practice of the generation stage should or should not prostrate and make effort, therefore, it is said, "Then," and so on. The so-called "vajra of all mantras" refers to those who are extremely focused on mantras. The vows of those people are taken from their own body, and so on. The so-called "Buddha," and so on, the objects of prostration are the Buddha and Bodhisattvas, and similarly, when uniting with the Pratyekabuddhas and Shravakas, etc., in body, speech, and mind.
