In order to explain the samaya, therefore, it is said, "Then," and so on. A Rakshasi who eats meat, blood, wine, etc., always enjoys other people's women. Among them, the words "women always: pa tshab: indulge in desires" indicate that women are Rakshasis. The one who is extremely immersed in sexual intercourse is the Great Vajra. For those of fierce nature, these meats, etc., should be pleased with these difficult-to-transgress vows that have the nature of giving and also eating oneself. In order to explain the samaya of the Naga daughters, therefore, it is said, "Then," and so on. The Naga King is wealth increase, etc. The Naga: pa tshab: King of Power is said to be the queen of all. Those queens are the consorts. Their samaya is the meaning of the Naga women's manifest desires. Drinking milk and sowing discord, because they have two tongues and are able to distinguish words, that is, the Naga women who are attached to desire and indulge in the scent of incense, by practicing these vows of sowing discord, etc., one should practice and control them with mantras. If one does not do so, one will definitely fall into affliction and will not be independent. Up to this point is the concluding statement. If one wants to enjoy with the daughters of the Asuras, in order to explain the method of practicing them, therefore, it is said, "Then," and so on: pa tshab: fierce arrogance, burdened by burdens. It says: "The nature of being angry and harmful, with arrogance, manifestly oppressed like a burden, and universally attached to enjoying incense, etc., this is one aspect of their samaya. Their vast samaya is difficult to subdue, difficult to practice. Therefore, it is said in the Vajrabhairava and Vajra Subterranean Tantras, it should be understood there." In order to explain the samaya of the Rakshasis, therefore, it is said, "Then," and so on. The ashes of the skull and oil, that is, human bone marrow, and the cooked oil of elephant and horse meat, etc., should be given, this will make them happy. Of all beings, that is, eating meat, etc.

These are also their vows. The so-called "purifier" means to destroy obstacles. The so-called "accomplisher of great deeds" refers to practitioners, accomplishing great deeds for them, in order to accomplish the initiated task. In order to please the Vajra Dakini, her vow is declared, that is, declaring "from then on" and so on. All Vajra Dakinis, this "Vajra Dakini," is not the previously mentioned transcendent Dakini, but the worldly Dakini, because it was previously said, "it is the vow of the Yaksha woman and other lesser magical powers." Therefore, this is not White Tara etc. of the Hevajra, but Gauri, the wife of Ishvara, and the Avadhuti known as White Tara. The word "etc." also includes those similar to it. White Tara etc., are extracted from their own bodies etc. of the vows themselves. Having purified the five ambrosias such as feces and the five meats with mantras and consumed them, and alcohol, that is, mixed alcohol, and grape and grain alcohol etc., drinking them yourself and giving them to them, through the union of the Vajra Dakini, that is, through the union of Gauri, White Tara etc., with the characteristics of the place, that is, increasing malice, and what is included by the word "etc.," will be done as will be explained below. Through the union of "etc.," this to be killed is the vow of the Vajra Dakini. Thus, from Brahma etc. to the ultimate vow of the Vajra Dakini has been shown, in order to connect the gap of declaring those eight vows, in order to show the intention: declaring "self-nature" etc. These Brahmas etc. are through their own self-nature, that is, through their own power, having beginningless time, simultaneously with the vessel world, universally appearing, having great magical powers, benefiting sentient beings in the three realms, and subduing, manifesting with various postures of forms and ornaments. Therefore, their entire vows are beneficial for accomplishing all siddhis, and in order to obtain siddhis, the secret assembly practitioners should practice. The so-called three realms

For "etc." and so on, it means. For "all sentient beings" and so on, it means to be able to do and collect. That which arises in the three realms is the three realms; all three realms are the sentient beings such as Brahma. Their Vajra vow is the teaching of Vajradhara, which is practiced without transgression. Following after it is entering, and the Samadhi that shows it is also called that. It is necessary to abide in the vows of Brahma and others. Here it is also said: Whatever opponent of another sect is spoken of, those who abide by the distinction of characteristics, in order to make the proponents of other sects certain of their own path, some such as Brahma, those who abide with many different signs and appearances, should never be despised in this Vajrayana, for doing so is an emanation of Vajrasattva. Because there are many. So it is said. Next, in order to show the pure light aspect of the ten non-virtuous actions through the completion stage, it is said, "Then" and so on. The accomplishment of the body is the various actions of the body. That itself is non-dual and inseparable from it, therefore it is the Samaya Vajra, which is taken out from one's own body and so on. The three aspects of the body are: killing, taking what is not given, and going to another's wife. Born from the Vajra is the clear light. To do everything well is to cultivate equally without depending on the Dharma that is the cause of being born in the happy realms and the non-Dharma that is the cause of being born in the bad realms. The result of doing so is: the realm of sentient beings, that is, the three realms, is the body, speech, and mind of the practitioner. To accomplish the Buddha body is to accomplish and generate the indestructible Vajra body, because there is no cause to go to the happy or bad realms. Similarly, the accomplishment of speech is the various actions of speech. The path of speech is the nature of false speech, divisive speech, harsh speech, and idle speech.
