In order to accomplish those, it is called Vajra Secret, which is the secret activity performed by Vajrasattva relying on it correctly. Regarding Vajrasattva and so on, Vajrasattva is the Immovable One. Its great wisdom is the nature of mind, the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). The Vajra of speech is immeasurable light. Because it holds and generates it, it is the holder of the Vajra of speech, which is the letter Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿). The Vajra of body is Vairocana. Its great laughter is the generating letter Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), these three letters should be joined together and constantly urged. The meaning of constantly is from the generation of the messengers onwards, at all times. Constantly reciting the three syllables in this way should urge, that is, by urging, one should empower oneself with ability and bless. Therefore, the so-called "that" refers to the object to be accomplished by the messengers. The following mentioned vows, urging and so on, this is called Vajra Wisdom. The Tathagatas, that is, the wheels of those are assemblies. The mantra words made by those are the words for accomplishing the messengers. The so-called place of vows of those is the place where one should not transgress. Moreover, there are four distinctions such as vow urging. In "vow urging", the vow is the teaching of the Great Vajradhara, which is the three letters. Reciting these three letters to urge the mind is to pray for accomplishing oneself with ability, that is, to request. The subsequent tantra says: The suchness of body, speech, and mind, is said to be awakened and urged. The so-called "vow giving" means that the suchness of the vow is the order of non-transgression, combining it with the activities, that is, from one's own heart, light radiates in ten directions, inviting the wisdom beings of the messengers, and integrating the invited wisdom beings into the vow beings, combining these with the activities, thereby accomplishing the meaning of the vow. In the realms of the ten directions, radiating light, this is what is called giving. Vow calling refers to the vow deity, this is not in the old and new translations. Calling, that is, in the vow, combining the name of the deity and the common word.

It acts, that is, it does not violate the command and acts accordingly. Vajradhara invites all, saying, "Vajradhara, please come," inviting and descending are the same meaning. The so-called "binding vows" refers to visualizing oneself as the three-part Vajradhara, radiating light from the seed syllable in the heart, touching the hearts of all wisdom Vajras with the weapon of light, condensing the light into a ball, binding the vow-keeper, that is, placing it, and placing a fierce field under it, that is, ordering it to be placed in the heart with the weapon of light, making sure to combine it, that is, planting it. In the Uttaratantra it says: "The place of Vajradhara, with light gathering all the Vajras, bound in the form of a ball, therefore it is said to be bound." In this way, the worldly messengers are also blessed as before, and the four kinds of vows are urged, etc. If one achieves the accomplishment of the messengers in this way through practice, what will it do? It is said, "The sky is vast," etc., that is, the limits of the sky are vast and boundless, pure and without defilement, and all dharmas are completely cut off. Like this sky that transcends what is seen, also in the form of a ball, even if it is tangible, with its own nature as a form as hard as a diamond, if the practitioner urges, the messengers will also do it, then what more needs to be said about other things to be accomplished. This is a special difference. The Bhagavan, all the Buddhas, appear in both the tantras and commentaries, but it is not correct and should be treated as if it does not exist in others. The so-called "only son" refers to the only son possessed by all Buddhas, Vajradhara says. Whose only son is all the Buddhas, that is the great Vajrasattva, he said so. Now, in order to show how to control kings, etc., it is said, "Buddha," etc. Buddha is the one who understands enlightenment, has great wisdom, and is of the lineage of treatises, that is, is proficient in this. Vajrasattva is the king, ministers, etc., with great merit and steadfast mind,
