Filled with red rays, it burns away the sins and obscurations of those who disrespect me. If it is a male, stimulate the red lotus in the heart. If it is a female, stimulate the red lotus in the secret place. Taking their mind as a red lunar disc, appearing through the gateway of their name, residing in the heart of Tara, inseparable from the red moon. Contemplate that the one to be subdued, having their heart stolen, prostrates at my feet and accepts my command. If you wish to place the one to be subdued under the control of another, such as a lama, then empower them with the rite of subjugation described in chapter thirteen, placing a red mantra garland on the moon in their heart. With its rays, perform the gathering and dispelling as before. Recite: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture ce-ge-mo'i vaśaṃ mānaya ho. (Tibetan: ༀ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་ཆེ་གེ་མོའི་བ་ཤཾ་མཱ་ན་ཡ་ཧོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture ce-ge-mo'i vaśaṃ mānaya ho, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Tare, Tuttare, Ture, So-and-so's, Control, Attract, Svaha.) Then the one to be subdued will be controlled. This also relies on the oral instructions of previous lamas and what is said in the Treasury. Then, the so-called "from then on" and so forth, all Buddhas are truly accomplished. Those who are born from its great nature are those who have particular faith in it. Pleasure is being satisfied. Wisdom is single-pointedness of mind. "Having obtained" means having found. The vajra body is truly accomplished. Remembrance is practice. The Buddha is the chief of beings, namely the householder and the great minister. Vajra refers to those who are hard-hearted and extremely arrogant. The great host refers to the kings. The realm of sentient beings refers to ordinary worldly people, all of them, completely, in every way, in an instant, are immediately controlled like servants, and all that has been said before is controlled by the practitioner, unwavering, controlled by others as if devoid of mind. The Blessed One said so, these are words of conclusion. Then, the so-called "from then on" and so forth, the Blessed One means that the Blessed One is the Great Vajradhara. Immaculate rays are white rays. Its assembly is a cloud of immaculate rays. It is indivisible like a vajra, so the cloud vajra of immaculate rays is Vairochana.
