It is made in the shape of a calf. Then, above it, it has limbs such as eyes, that is, from the navel downwards, it has a single pointed shape, and above it, the practitioner meditates on the form of the union of nectar and hearth. At the heart, that is, at the heart of the one to be practiced, the phurba is stabbed, cut, and chopped, and it is examined and meditated upon. Buddha: Batsab: Buddha is skilled in the actions of tantras and mantras. They say that. It is the lineage of tantras and mantras. Their army is the retinue. Wrathful means outwards, that is, turning back to attack oneself. Becoming terrifying means to subdue, here it refers to demons. Enemies are the foes, their ignorance means that even with virtuous thoughts such as wanting to attain higher realms, they are not in harmony with the mind and engage in animal sacrifices and so on. Harming them means taking their lives, that is, samadhi. Wherever it is shown, it is called that. ༈. In order to show the means of pacifying the various harms inflicted by demons and so on, and by mamos and so on, villages and so on are spoken of. A village is the palace of the king. A city is one place where beings dwell. A region also refers to a place where many beings dwell, and there the means described below are to be performed. That is, first sending forth the two other samadhis of Vairochana, and at the time of the supreme action, by means of "abandoning all diseases" and so on, the power of the means is shown. For this, first the practitioner generates great compassion towards sentient beings, and then visualizes in the direction of the sky above the village where the sick people dwell, above the moon arising from the syllable Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), a great vajra the size of a tala tree arising from the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), with five points and five rays of light. He contemplates that the rays of light arising from it are like a burning kalpa, like the fire of the end of time, and thinks that it burns all the sins of the sick sentient beings. After that, again, the rays of light emanating from the vajra should be completely gathered into the vajra, that is, the sentient beings should be placed inside the center of the vajra. "Releasing" means that the sentient beings placed in the vajra are also released, and practiced.

So, what should be done? "Norbu Rinchen" refers to rubies and the like, and is called the wish-fulfilling jewel, which fulfills the desires of the heart. The light is the color of the body, as clear as a colored crystal. The "cloud of Dharma" closely adorned with the light of the wish-fulfilling jewel, as mentioned earlier, purifies sentient beings through the process of burning sins with light, making them as clear and radiant as jewels. Meditate on them being drawn out from the vajra and smiling at the moon in their respective places. After arranging them in this way, the empowerment should be performed with the sequence that will be explained below, which is very important. Meditate on the assembly of Vairochana Buddha in the sky being in union with their own mudras, and from the juncture of such union, a stream of bodhicitta flows, empowering sentient beings from the crown of their heads, and contemplate the purification of external and internal impurities such as diseases. This is the oral instruction of the noble ones. Next, the benefits of doing so are shown, such as "Vajra Meditation." Through the Vajra Meditation just mentioned, which is shown for the sake of peace, it is difficult to be satisfied. The exhaustion of the body's weakness and strength can also be completely restored, and the limbs will become full. Through the power of such meditation, the body becomes full, and in order to accomplish generosity, it is called the Vajra of Generosity. If such an excellent generosity is well practiced and made clear, then it is practicing the Vajra of Generosity. Practicing in this way is the wish-fulfilling jewel, the source of treasures. Its glory is perfect, and the one who possesses it is glorious, and there, it will become like it. Bless that place, which refers to the place that is the support of sentient beings, where the Buddhas Vairochana, the Great Dharma Amitabha, and the assembly of Vajrasattva Akshobhya bless it well, be joyful, that is, think and meditate. Then what will happen? Even for countless eons, that city and other places will be blessed and fully protected by all the Buddhas.
