The individual consciousness of the entry of the six, and the knowable, that is, from form, etc., up to the realm of dharma, what arises is the arising of consciousness and the knowable. Its exhaustion is the grasping and the grasper of the mind, the coarse duality that appears at a distance, is emptiness from other. Therefore, the mind of single-pointedness of the nature of wisdom that returns the coarse duality is called one's own mind. Such a mind is the essence of all Buddhas, entering into the emptiness of self-nature and pacifying. "Merely appearing" means that the nature of the three appearances is the three emptinesses. The word "merely" cuts off the existence of all conceptual thoughts at that time, which is the meaning of pacification. Space is emptiness, therefore it is the fourth of all emptinesses. To dwell there thoroughly means that the three emptinesses gradually dissolve, becoming the ultimate of the one and only all emptiness. And the ultimate of the one and only all emptiness. It is safe to translate it as "That is the ultimate of the one and only all emptiness" by replacing it with "and all emptiness becomes one." It will become ultimate, which refers to what was said before about reaching the ultimate extreme. The difference of the second branch is five kinds. The two sentences of Buddha also appear as an explanation of single-pointedness of mind, therefore single-pointedness of mind should be made into four emptinesses. Similarly, in the secret explanation of the Vajra Garland, when meditating on the four elements as the four eyes, etc., in the context of bodily solitude, it is also said: Wind and fire and water and earth, the four eyes, etc., in the three of the nature of wisdom, the knowable Buddha bestows enlightenment. Thus, it is said that the three wisdoms arise as one. In the Lamp, it is said that four emptinesses appear during meditation, which is very consistent. The fourth emptiness is the illustrative luminosity, which is gathered into the near attainment, and is said to be the three emptinesses up to the solitude of the mind. If the illustrative luminosity is separated, it becomes the four emptinesses. The way of arising and the source of this should be understood from the Five Clear Stages. Of the five wisdoms, etc. Like a mirror, etc., wisdom, the nature of the five wisdoms, these four sentences are to contemplate the material bindu at the tip of the secret nose, the first two sentences and from "jewel" to "self-mantra" are

Meditate on the sphere of light that performs vajra recitation in your nostrils, and from "heart center" onwards, it is explained that it is necessary to meditate on the indestructible sphere at the tip of the heart's nose with one and a half verses. Meditating on three spheres at the three nose tips is meditating on the three life forces. The way to combine the five wisdoms and the five elements, as well as the five winds, and the phrase "at the tip of the root lotus," etc., have already been explained in the sixth chapter as being incorrect. The breath of the five natures, also the breath of the five wisdoms, which itself possesses the nature of earth, etc., arises from its own vajra orifice, and at the tip of the nose of the vidyā's lotus, in the shape of a round ball, one should meditate on the shape of the sphere of bodhicitta. The way in which the winds transform into the nature of spheres is: In the Lamp Illuminating the Sixth Chapter, it says that at the time of the equal union of method and wisdom, the life-force wind that dwells above, drawn by the joy of equal union, is melted by the fire of desire and transforms into a sphere. The breath that was previously described as the breath of the five wisdoms and elements, the breath that goes upwards into the gate of the senses, is of five colors, and is the nature of the five tathāgatas. Therefore, it is precious. Life is living. Diligence and prolonged extension, that is what is called life and diligence, as stated in the Root Tantra. This should be understood as said by the translator Tshab. It would be easier to understand if translated as "that which extends and spreads for a long time is life-diligence." The meaning is that the wind that can prolong life (i.e., lifespan) is called life-diligence. The Sanskrit word for diligence is "āyāma (梵文天城体:आयाम,梵文罗马拟音:āyāma,汉语字面意思:extension)," which means effort, obstruction, and long beak, etc. Here it is the last meaning, so the translation of "life and diligence" is incorrect. This is what the Tibetan scholar I say. Therefore, in other tantras, saying that obstructing life is the meaning of life-diligence is from the perspective of obstruction. But here it is explained from the perspective of prolonging life, so the meaning of the word life-diligence is different. However, this path is similar in obstructing the monotonous wind. That is, the wind that goes upwards into the upper gate, with the nature of entering, etc., naturally repeats day and night. One's own mantra: ཚབ་ཆག: Thus separated upwards. In the heart, i.e.,
