After inviting, when it arrives in front, descends from the wind, and dwells on the ground arising from LAM (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,seed syllable), contemplate oneself as Vajradhara, grasp it with your hand, and you should empower it, this is what is meant. Although there are many different ways of explaining the method of empowerment, the meaning of the two lines "By such a method of empowerment," is explained in the commentary from "various excellences" to "becoming like a vajra." Its meaning is: empowerment is to not go beyond one's own instructions, and the way to do it is to contemplate one's own body as Vajradhara, transform the tongue into a vajra, and recite "Om Ah Hum Che Ge Mo Mama Ba Sham Kuru Ah (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,literal meaning)", and think of the meaning of the mantra: Please, the one to be subdued named so-and-so, become under my control as you wish! By empowering through the three doors of mind, speech, and intention, it will be transformed into the three vajras. By such a method of empowerment, the practitioner abides in the state of Vajrasattva. Its action is that by relying on practicing this, one can accomplish the act of inviting, therefore it is called accomplishing action. By "various excellences," etc., the meaning of the empowerment just mentioned is explained in detail. The vajra body is one's own body. Contemplating it is to contemplate oneself as Vajradhara, with the characteristics as mentioned. By doing so, one's own body will become Vairochana, that is, it can be done. The tongue itself is transformed into a vajra, so it is a vajra tongue. Its method is to recite the mantra. By this, the voice becomes the same as Amitabha, that is, it becomes Amitabha. Because of having the pride of the deity, grasping the one to be subdued who dwells in the hand, and thinking of the meaning of the mantra to be recited, one will become like a vajra, vajra is immovable, that is, one will become like Akshobhya. Thinking of the meaning of the mantra, one can become Akshobhya. Furthermore, through the doors of body, speech, and mind, with these ways of empowering the one to be subdued, the three secrets, that is, body, speech, and mind, go equally with it.

Since I have become the nature of body and so on, the three secret vows are Vairochana and so on. The supreme offering among them is the offering. By knowing the nature of the five desires of the mudra of the practice partner, as it is, and by offering with the characteristic offering of being equally combined with them, one should practice diligently and complete the previously mentioned act of invitation. Now, the ritual that has just been described is that of all the Buddhas. The secret related to all the Tathagatas, which is to be hidden, and the essence, which is the supreme, the ritual by which they are accumulated and collected, is called the collected essence of secrets. The great secret is the invitation of gods and so on. The vow that is not to be transgressed is the vow of the great secret, which is the great Vajradhara. Saying "Thus it was said" is the word of the compiler. In order to show how to enjoy meat according to the different categories of actions, the great meat and so on are spoken of. The great one is a human being, and their meat comes from a dead body, so it is the supreme vow. By this, give torma to the bhutas. If one practices the three supreme vajras, one will attain the one who dwells in the sky. Also, human meat that is killed for eating and obtained without fault. In order to pacify all the obstacles, give torma to all the bhutas. Torma is only a symbol, as explained in the sixth chapter, one's own eating and offering to the gods is also done with that meat, and others are also applied in the same way. One should practice walking in the sky. The supreme vow is that the great meat and so on, which are with feces and urine, is the supreme vow. If one wants to practice the knowledge holder with that meat, one should give torma. The meat of an elephant that died of its own accord, because one wants to obtain the five superknowledges, one should give torma. Likewise, horse meat is for practicing the siddhi of invisibility. In order to show how to perform the ritual when one has not obtained the various meats mentioned in the classification of actions, the dog meat and so on are spoken of.
