Therefore, it is secret. Since it arises from the clear light of wisdom, it is contemplated by wisdom, that is, generated. The meaning of this Yuganaddha body is not only like Guhyasamaja, but also explicitly stated in the Mahayana Sutra Pitaka? In fact, the Yuganaddha body is based on this and spoken, expressed by other sounds, not the real one. As it is said: In one pore, there are also countless Buddhas like the sands of the Ganges. It is also said: On one dust mote, there are Buddhas equal to the number of dust motes, residing in the midst of the sons of the Buddhas. Thus, in the space of one pore and one dust mote, there are also Buddhas like the sands of the Ganges residing. As it is said, pressing down on one place like this does not hinder others from residing, because they have all attained the Yuganaddha body. As it is said, the place of wisdom, these two lines show the very nature of the completely pure deity, which is the definitive meaning. ༈. Now, when the sound of the three mantra syllables is equal to the natural sound of the four winds, that is, when they are combined without separation, when the winds of the four mandalas arise, the difference between the four families such as Amitabha is a branch of the four divisions, and for the sake of showing the recitation of the parts of the winds separately, it is said, "Of the sphere of space," and so on. The sphere of space here is the indestructible bindu of the mantra. Abiding in the center of the indestructible one, that is, visualizing the fire wheel arising from the indestructible one and moving upwards, and performing the Vajra recitation. This arising can also be applied to the Vajra recitation of other winds. Arising. The sun wheel is the fire wheel moving upwards, that is, the light of autonomy, the color is the nature of red, and it is the collection of light arising from the right nostril. The contemplation is to know its arising as before when that wind is moving, and the other three are also like that. If you ask how to contemplate, then it is said to contemplate the place of the Buddha's body, the Buddha is Vairochana, and the body is Amitabha. Of those, that is, the place of those two, in order, are the syllables Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) and Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿), the sound of those two

Just as (exhaling), inhale the air, and let the air stay inside the body, combine it with the sound of staying, the so-called meditation, is to comprehend with the mind. Above the letters Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) and Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), without interruption, without negligence, abide, and recite the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), which is the nature of exhaling, and observe completely with the mind. What was said earlier is the Vajra recitation of the upward-moving air of Amitabha. Then, the bright circle of light is the mandala of water, it is the life-sustaining air, its nature is slow flow. The combination of the eye's posture refers to the eye mother, whose body color is white and whose movements are slow, similarly, the wind of the life-sustaining air also appears white and flows slowly. In the translation of Dopa Tsawa, there are phrases such as "Then meditate on the lotus vajra". The so-called "Meditate on the lotus lord" means that after that, when inhaling, the letter Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) fully appears, after the past, when the breath stays in the body, the lotus, that is, the letter Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), it fully appears, after the past, when exhaling, the vajra, that is, the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), when exhaling, should be recited. This is the Vajra recitation of the life-sustaining air of the Vajra Akshobhya family. Then, the jewel mandala is the authoritative mandala of Ratnasambhava, it is the downward-moving air, flowing from both nostrils, the color is yellow. With diligence, completely meditate on it. The so-called "completely meditate on it" means that above the flow of the downward-moving air of the earth mandala, with diligence, combine the supreme union, that is, the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable of the three letters that expands outward and the contraction, that is, the Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) syllable that inhales inward, and the nature of abiding, the Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) syllable, and meditate and know with one mind. This is the nature of the Ratna family, it is the Vajra recitation of the downward-moving air. Then, abide in the center of the space realm, one should meditate on the light mandala. The so-called "one should meditate on the light mandala" means that the light mandala arising from the indestructible place in the dhūti (Tibetan transliteration: duti) of the heart, is the wind mandala, it is the equally abiding air, the color is black, arising from the left nostril. Above the flow of the equally abiding air, is the Buddha's, the immovable posture, that is, the abiding letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), peaceful, that is, short.
