There, the accomplishment of activities is threefold. As stated in the "Lamp of Clarity": What is needed should also be said, The rituals for pacifying and other activities, Likewise, the eight kinds of accomplishments, And the Buddha is also the supreme one. Thus it is said. Among these, because the generation stage is extremely stable, it is said that the first two siddhis can be accomplished. This refers to the ability to accomplish them as they are. Although one may not be able to accomplish them as they are, even a beginner mantra practitioner can accomplish them, and there are many who achieve similar results. Moreover, there are many paths to accomplishment through reliance on visualization, recitation, substances, and fire offerings. Therefore, one should practice according to one's ability and the needs of the occasion. If recitation and meditation are fully accomplished in one mandala wheel, then by making slight alterations to that deity yoga, one can accomplish pacifying diseases and obstacles, increasing lifespan and wisdom, subduing those who do not believe in the Dharma, and punishing those who are not tamed by gentle means through forceful actions. Therefore, there is no need to seek separate instructions for longevity accomplishment, increasing intelligence, and so on. Regarding the method of supreme accomplishment, the classification of lands is as follows: As stated in the "Vajra Heart Ornament Tantra": Universal Light, Ambrosia Light, Space Light, Vajra Light, Jewel Light, Lotus Holder, Activity Light, Incomparable, Beyond Comparison, Wisdom Light, Omniscient, and the Land of Self-Awareness of Each, thus twelve lands are taught. In the "Nomenclature of the Lama," in addition to the ten lands such as Joyful, it is added: Incomparable and Possessing Wisdom, The Vajra Land is the thirteenth. Thus, thirteen lands are taught. The manner of establishing the thirteen lands has been explained by Manjushri. Thus, the eleven lands, together with the land of practice motivated by aspiration, are twelve lands, and together with the land of the beginner, are thirteen lands. Alternatively, the nature of the special path, together with the Incomparable Land, are twelve lands, and the nature of the uninterrupted path of the Buddha Land, together with the Land Possessing Wisdom, are thirteen lands. Thus it is said, the latter divides the tenth land into just the tenth land, the special path, and the path of the extreme, and explains the intention of the "Nomenclature of the Lama." In addition to the well-known eleven lands, one ordinary person's land is added, as stated in the "Hevajra Tantra":

Those grounds are twelve grounds! Shantipa explained it this way, so the twelve grounds of the Vajra Heart Ornament Tantra are also the same. Similarly, as previously quoted from the Explanatory Tantra Vajra Garland, fourteen grounds are also mentioned, but this is a classification and summary of the well-known Joyful Ground and the like with the ground of ordinary beings. It does not indicate a ground that is more excellent than the eleven grounds of All-Illuminating Light, which are explained in the Perfection Vehicle. The way to attain enlightenment by gradually traversing those grounds, from the perspective of the Perfection Vehicle, there are two ways: attaining enlightenment in the Form Realm with the support of a deity, and attaining enlightenment in the Desire Realm with the support of a human. The Hearer schools do not accept the former, and believe that the latter is an ordinary being at the first moment of the last existence. As stated in the Treasury of Knowledge: "Even if not noble, parents, the sick, and those who speak the Dharma, and the bodhisattva in their last birth, offerings to them are immeasurable." So it is said. In the chapter on practicing austerities in the Extensive Play Sutra, it also says: "This ground may be scattered into eight parts, the precious peak of Mount Meru may also be shaken, the sun, moon, stars, etc. may also fall to the ground, even if I am an ordinary being, I will not die." Therefore, in the Sutras of the Great Vehicle, there are also statements that the bodhisattva is an ordinary being at the time of the last existence, and from elsewhere, that they are a tenth-level bodhisattva. Based on these, there are many different views among the Indians, but these are emanations, and many qualified individuals have explained them as the intention of the Victorious Ones, not literal. As stated in the Uttaratantra: "The Great Compassionate One knows the world, having seen all the worlds, without moving from the essence of the Dharmakaya, with various natures of emanation, manifesting birth, and descending from the Tushita Heaven, etc." It is said that being born in Tushita and so on are deeds of having already become enlightened in the past. In the text quoted in Blaze of Reasoning, it also says: "Perfect Buddhas, in the delightful palace of Akanishta, having completely abandoned all sins, attain enlightenment there, and with emanations, attain enlightenment here." So it is said. Therefore, the support for a bodhisattva to attain enlightenment, as stated in the Perfection Vehicle, is considered to be only the support of a deity in Akanishta, as stated in the Commentary on Entering the Middle Way: Having generated the mind,
