Thus, regarding each of the four winds arising from skillful means, the amount of movement through the four winds of the four arising from wisdom is explained. The Yoga Tantra states that the way the 21,600 winds move in a day is clearly explained from which of the chakras they move. In the Yogini Tantra, the way in which the amount of wind that moves each day from within the petals of the four chakras is explained. The Compendium of Origins states: "'Mel tshe' should be called 'tun,' four 'tuns' should be known as day, and similarly, night is also four 'tuns.' The wind of the sixteen limbs of 'pho ba' changes in one day and night. Constantly in the nostrils, half and half 'tun' truly moves." And it says: "The channels are called thirty-two, and a quarter of one 'tun' is also called a channel and 'chu tshod.' The measure of day and night with a 'dbyu gu' is spoken as sixty-four. Half a channel, half a 'chu tshod' is a 'dbyu gu,' and 'tun' is known as one-eighth. The wind enters and exits the nostrils, and is completely known as 'breath.'" As it is said, when the two of entering and exiting are made into one breath, and 21,600 breaths move in one day, each of the sixty-four petals of the navel chakra moves with three hundred thirty and five-eighths breaths, which is one breath per 'dbyu gu.' Each of the thirty-two petals of the crown chakra moves with twice the breaths per 'dbyu gu,' which is one breath per 'chu stod.' Each of the thirty-two petals of the crown chakra moves with twice the breaths per 'dbyu gu,' which is one breath per 'chu tshod.' Each of the sixteen channels of the throat chakra moves with twice the breaths per 'chu tshod,' which is one breath per 'pho ba.' Each of the eight petals of the heart chakra moves with twice the breaths per 'pho ba,' which is one breath per 'tun tshod.' This is similar to the system of Hevajra, and is explained in the commentary on the Compendium of Origins, which is the system of sixteen 'pho ba.' The Kalachakra also says that there are twelve 'pho ba.' In the Man Nyer, all those who desire say: "In the three channels, day and night, there are changes of 21,600 breaths, which is more than six hundred." As it is said, for those who have balanced elements, 21,600 breaths move through the three channels each day.

རྒྱ་རྒྱུ་བ་ནི། is the common desire. The second is divided into two: the yoga of wind and the yoga of tummo. The first is, from union and aggregation, only the manner and distinctions of the movement of the wind of the four chakras are mentioned, but although it is not clearly shown how to do the vajra recitation, the commentaries say that vajra recitation should be done. In the tantras of yoga, the vajra recitation is clearly stated. In the Vajra Garland Tantra, it says, "These four mandalas, always recite by placing them equally. The mantra practitioner, by the number of recitations, always recites day and night." And in the Prophecy of Intent, it is also said that recitation should be done on the wind. Also, in the Compendium of Conduct, it says, "This itself explains the completion stage, through the আলি কালি, in the form of female, male, and hermaphrodite, generate three letters, and these three letters must also be combined to enter, abide, and rise, and in the order of the four chakras, do the vajra recitation that has the nature of life and effort." And, among them, the mantras such as snakes, etc., are those that have arisen correctly from আলি কালি. Their suchness is the three letters that arise from the indestructible, thus explaining the suchness of the mantra. The indestructible is also said to be the letter that arose simultaneously from that itself, because in the tantra called Vajra Mandala Ornament, it is clearly shown that A(藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马转写:a,汉语字面意思:阿). "In the center of the heart is the indestructible, clear and like a lamp. Unchanging and extremely subtle, A(藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马转写:a,汉语字面意思:阿) is the main and sacred." Thus it is said. Thus it is explained. Therefore, having understood the key points of vajra recitation, one must do that yoga, and that is also to know how the master of all mantras becomes three letters, and the meaning of those three letters arising from the indestructible, and those three letters, wind and union, existing by their own nature, the accomplished, in the form of clarifying, how to learn, etc., all of these must be completely understood. Although only some classifications of vajra recitation are mentioned, the explanation of the key points appears in the Compendium of Conduct, but because the words are very obscure, the guru should explain those key points to the disciple in detail. The method of making the wind and bindu capable by this recitation is, in the Man Nye, it says: Vajra recitation.
