When retracting the mudra, make a gesture of embracing, place the left hand's vajra fist at the heart, extend the right hand and place it on the table, and with the intention of holding the feet of all the deities, the wisdom beings and retinues who are dedicated to accomplishing activities, recite: (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), and request them to rise from the table. Afterwards, infuse them with the breath of absorption, making oneself and them of one taste, and make offerings. Then, with the embracing mudra, ring the hand bell three times, and recite: (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), and request the guardians of the directions and others to depart to their respective places. This is the elaborate torma. Without generating the samaya beings on the table, invite the wisdom beings and offer as before, this is the intermediate one. Also, visualize the guardians of the directions and others as the form of one's own deity, and give the torma of the deity one desires to those who remain in their respective places, this is the abbreviated one. At that time, there is no need for triangular mandalas, generating the samaya beings, inviting the wisdom beings, and so on. This is the torma ritual of the generation stage, but for the completion stage, without moving from wisdom and skillful means, merely by thinking with the mind, invite the essence of wisdom and skillful means, that is, one's own desired deity and retinue, and offer the torma that is inseparable from the taste of wisdom. After the torma or at the end of the praise and offering, as Shantipa said, one should make aspirations such as the "Bodhicaryavatara," and many scholars have said that one should recite the hundred-syllable mantra at the end of the session, and act accordingly. This is the order of the first session. For this, one should do four sessions, as stated in many tantras such as the Hevajra and the Abhisamayalankara-nama, and many treatises such as the Sutrasamuccaya. The four sessions are: Jalandharipa said, "The order of blessing in four sessions is: dawn, midday, afternoon, and night, which is the order of meditation." As Menyakshapa also said, the method of purifying the four sessions is like that. The first session, the dawn session, after doing as previously explained, one might wonder whether or not to do the other three sessions elaborately, abbreviatedly, or without distinction. Lawapa said, "In the first session, use all the rituals, and in the intervals between the midday and afternoon sessions, transform yourself into light.

Having become Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). From that complete transformation, visualize the mandala of the support and the supported appearing clearly, until the empowerment is completely fulfilled. In the final session, perform all the rituals, and the bell-and-vajra holder also said the same. From the "Pearl Garland," it says that in other sessions, meditate on oneself as selfless, and from the seed syllable in the heart, emanate fourteen attendant goddesses and place them in their positions. As it is said, completely perform purification, blessings of body, speech, and mind, and empowerment, etc. Similarly, the Black Practitioner and the Vow Vajra also say that in other sessions, from the seed syllable in the heart, expand the wheel, place it, invite the wisdom being, and completely perform the empowerment, etc. According to their view, since the palace is not withdrawn, its generation ritual, protection circle, and accumulation of merit are placed, and first, the union of mindfulness is completed, and the mandala of the supreme conqueror is merely expanded from the heart. Also, in the commentary on the "Half-Included Four Hundred Verses," it says: During the session breaks, the meaning of "also" is that at noon, sunset, and midnight, manifest the completely perfect mandala in an instant, and perform offerings and praises, etc., as before, and then go to sleep when it is time to wake up. It is said that the same should be done in the Guhyasamaja, which is the same as before. The "Twelve Spikes" says: When in a hurry, then follow the rituals of other sessions. If there is leisure, then perform all of them. It says that if there is leisure in the first session, perform all the rituals, and if in a hurry, perform the rituals of other sessions, that is, perform a simplified ritual. The feet of the physician say that when in a hurry, meditate completely in the first session, and then in other sessions, abide on one's seat with the pride of a deity. Expand the deities of the mandala with three syllables, perform empowerment, offerings, praises, and enjoy nectar, abide in any subtle point, recite, and then withdraw, and do as before. As the Vow Vajra said, it seems necessary to invite the wisdom being. Thus, there is one way in which the first and last two sessions are extensive, and the middle two are brief, and the first session is extensive and the other three are brief, not due to leisure or haste, but the usual practice. When in a hurry, also do the first session extensively and the last three briefly, and even in the first session, there are both extensive and brief practices due to both leisure and haste, and others.
