It is said in many vast scriptures that the field of generosity is also supreme, as it is said in the Essence Gathered in Brief: For all fields such as the Buddha-field, one should especially practice generosity. Two thousand ordinary people are equal to one pure Brahmin. Two thousand Brahmins are better than offering to one monk. Two thousand monks are equal to one who is without dust. Two thousand who are without dust are not as good as one who possesses wisdom. Two thousand who possess wisdom are considered equal to one Acharya. Therefore, one should make (beings) the field of generosity, and the wise should always give. From the root teachings of yoga, one should plant seeds in a good field. Lavapa and the Black Practitioner also said this. Then, after placing the disciples, one makes tormas and offerings to the directions outside, and after entering inside, one prostrates to the mandala, offers offering water etc. to the main deity, and then dedicates the merit. Then, one circumambulates the mandala three times, and to the Bhagavan Facing east, one sits at the east gate, and with the aim of pacifying the faults and transgressions of the vows, one recites the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times. Then, with the palms joined together with flowers at the heart, one asks for forgiveness in order to pacify the faults of incompleteness etc.: Whatever faults I have committed due to my foolish mind, because you are the protector of sentient beings, please, Protector, forgive all of that. Because of not obtaining, not knowing completely, and not having the ability, whatever actions have been done here, may the chief one forgive all of that. Thus one recites, and prays for the fulfillment of the desired purpose. Then recite: Om, you accomplish all the benefits of sentient beings, grant the appropriate siddhis, and even after going to the Buddha-field, please come again. And recite: Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra muḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra muḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Ah Hum Vajra Mu), with this, one requests the wisdom beings to depart, and then one dissolves the samaya beings manifested by oneself into oneself. The so-called Buddha-field is the benefit of sentient beings and the realm of Dharma, as explained by Kunsang (Samantabhadra). Then recite: Oṃ a kā ro mu kha sarva dharmā ṇāṃ a dya nu tpa nna tvat oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā oṃ āḥ hūṃ muḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā oṃ āḥ hūṃ muḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Ah Hum Phat Svaha Om Ah Hum Mu), and recite the arising of all dharmas.
