Therefore, purifying the mind is the power of the third empowerment. In this way, the special dependent arising of matter can bless the channels, winds, and bodhicitta, so it becomes a vessel for meditating on yoga such as channel winds and tummo. By meditating on these, because I am blessed, it is also suitable as a vessel for illusory samadhi, so one has the authority to practice these paths. Regarding the meaning of the third empowerment, wisdom is: because it possesses the most excellent wisdom, it is the external mudra. Wisdom is: arising from that (wisdom), the mind is free from conceptualization, and joy arises simultaneously from purity, which has been extensively explained. The innate wisdom introduced during the third empowerment, through continuous familiarization, ultimately realizes the complete purity free from all defilements, which is the fourth empowerment. These are also empowerments because they wash the mind with the taste of great bliss, meaning: because they bestow ability and authority to practice this path, they are established as empowerments, which indicates that there are other ways of establishing besides this method. The wisdom mother is the actual means of stainless, supreme, and perfect bliss, so for beginners and those included by etc., even in situations where realization has advanced, it should not be abandoned, this is to be understood, this is the ascetic practice of the vidya. Whoever is greatest, does not discriminate, all actions are performed together with skillful means. From the meditation of non-discrimination, it is the supreme of all ascetic practices. As Vajra Dakini said, what is the use of other ascetic practices? Therefore, in order to be completely devoted to the ascetic practice of the bodhicitta of the nature of the five wisdoms, it is the Vajra ascetic practice. This means that one always holds the ascetic practice of being inseparable from the Vajra within the nature of the five wisdoms. Even if one is separated from conduct, one cannot realize the bodhicitta, to teach this meaning, it is the ascetic practice of conduct, which has three aspects. The first of these practices is: to focus on practicing the three inner mudras, even so, the khatvanga is the body of the deity, the bell is wisdom. As stated in the "General Conduct," the mantra is the skull cup for drinking. And so on. The body of the deity is: the body and Anahata, that is, the indestructible nature of tummo.

The support for experiencing the great bliss that is inseparable from the sound or Nada (Tibetan: ནཱ་ད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: नाद, Sanskrit Romanization: nāda, Chinese literal meaning: sound) is the conventional Bodhicitta, thus symbolizing the three. Showing one's own body as the deity's form and the fire of Tummo and the support of bliss, such as Kunda (Sanskrit: कुन्द, Sanskrit Romanization: kunda), is the inner mudra. The easy and symbolic of bliss of these is that the explanation of Kapala's (Sanskrit: कपाल, Sanskrit Romanization: kapāla, Chinese literal meaning: skull cup) Kam (Tibetan: ཀཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: kam, Sanskrit Romanization: kam, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness) and Pala (Tibetan: པཱ་ལ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: पाला, Sanskrit Romanization: pāla, Chinese literal meaning: protector) separately, there is a place to explain the protection of bliss. The first shows the father, the second shows wisdom, and the third shows the mantra to be recited, which is the outer mudra. The second of the conduct, holding the five ornaments, is to enjoy the bliss of the five, such as the wisdom of the utterly pure Dharmadhatu, from having the Yogini and the discipline of conduct. The third of the conduct is that when one obtains the four postures and abilities such as clairvoyance, one strives to accomplish the benefit of sentient beings, and the yogi or yogini who has transformed outside of worldly behavior strives for the power of the meaning of the unreserved adornment of the inner nature, and enjoys the arising of the Bodhicitta, which is the nature of emptiness and great compassion inseparable. The meaning of the prophecy is that you are the one who can realize the Dharma nature that is inseparable from the three realms, and it is a prophecy for the sake of praise. This is the meaning of the mantra at the time of the prophecy, so it is explained. As such, Bha (Tibetan: བྷཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भा, Sanskrit Romanization: bhā) is the underground with the mandala of wind and so on with its retinue. Bhurvah (Tibetan: བྷཱུ་ལྦཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भूर्वः, Sanskrit Romanization: bhūrvah, Chinese literal meaning: existence) is the world above the earth. Svaha (Tibetan: སྭཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: completion) is the heavenly realm, which is the ultimate of the peak of existence. All three are you, which is the meaning of "Tvam (Tibetan: སྟྭཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्वम्, Sanskrit Romanization: tvam, Chinese literal meaning: you)". Because the Suchness of the nature of the three lands, Samaya (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय, Sanskrit Romanization: samaya, Chinese literal meaning: vow) that is the order of the earth's great joy and so on can be realized, is the meaning of "Samayastvam Bhurbhuvah Svah (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་བྷཱུར་བྷུ་ལྦཿ སྭཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: समयस्त्वम् भूर्भुवः स्वः, Sanskrit Romanization: samayastvam bhūrbhuvah svah, Chinese literal meaning: vow you earth existence completion)". In the fourth chapter of the tent, it says: "Om, I prophesy you here, liberated from the evil destinies of existence, Vajrasattva Tathagata, for the sake of the extreme accomplishment of existence. Wonderful, from today onwards you are accomplished as the Tathagata named Vajra at the beginning of the earth, above the earth, and above the earth." Thus it is said, the latter sentence is the meaning of "Tathagatasiddhi (Tibetan: ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་སིདྡྷི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: तथागतसिद्धि, Sanskrit Romanization: tathāgatasiddhi, Chinese literal meaning: Tathagata accomplishment)". The meaning of the last verse is the non-abiding Nirvana.
