Now, what is to be done is as stated in the Great Commentary on Glorious Supreme. The verses and mantras are as stated in the Tent and Glorious Supreme. Consorts, vajras, ascetic practices, and prophecies are used as terms for empowerment in some tantras and mandala rituals. Secondly, the granting of permission here is based on the Samputa Tantra, following "The fourth is also the same," and "By the power of bodhicitta, to the disciple who is free from sin, thereafter grant permission." Among the two, the common permission is: The Dharma wheel generated from Bhrum (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूम, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable), give it to the disciple in front or on the seat, and recite Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) Vajra Hetu Mam (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཧེ་ཏུ་མཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrahetumaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Cause). Vajra Hetu (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཧེ་ཏུ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrahetu, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Cause) is the cause of the vajra, and it is said in yoga that it causes the Dharma wheel to turn, which is the meaning of this empowerment. The conch shell generated from Ah (Tibetan: ཨཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), recite Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) Vajra Bhasha Ram (Tibetan: བཛྲ་བྷཱ་ཥ་རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrabhāṣāraṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Speech), give it to the right hand, the meaning of the mantra is that because vajra speech is the action, it is said in yoga that it can speak the Dharma, which is the meaning of this empowerment. The scripture generated from the first vowel and the bell generated from the last vowel, after reciting these two letters, give them to the left hand, let the bell ring, and recite: All are of the nature of space, Space also has no nature. By the union of the equality of space, All supreme equality is clear. From today onwards, generate the mind, Just this Dharma conch, the unsurpassed Dharma, After filling it completely from all directions, May you constantly turn the wheel of Dharma. It should be recited in this way. Just as space merely obstructs all obstructive substances, therefore it has no nature of things, similarly, all things also have no nature, because ultimately they have not arisen from the beginning. What is the same or similar to space is Suchness, and its union is that the mind and mental events of the yogi become one with Suchness. Therefore, the wisdom of the yogi reveals or pervades the Suchness of all supreme equality, as stated in the Great Commentary on Glorious Supreme. In the Garland Treatise, it is said: The most supreme of all dharmas is that it has no nature because it is free from obscurations. Manifestation is that which is manifested through meditation, and you should do the same. Like that, for it...

It is said that the bell symbolizes the request to turn the wheel of Dharma, and the sound of the bell represents the proclamation of the collection of Dharma. Giving the scriptures comes from the Mayajala Sutra. The Vairochana Abhisambodhi Sutra also says: Thereafter, under the soles of the feet, place the wheel of Dharma. Thereafter, in the right hand, give the most excellent conch shell, the Dharma conch is unsurpassed, after blowing it extensively, from today onwards in the world, turn the wheel of Dharma of the protectors. Do not doubt, with a mind free from doubt, you should in this world, proclaim the supreme method of practicing mantra. If you act in this way, it can be said that you have benefited the Buddhas. All Vajradharas will protect you in every way. Thus it is said after showing the mirror. Thereafter, the special granting of subsequent permission for each family is to contemplate the disciples as the form of Vairochana and so on, for the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings, in all worlds, according to the various ways of taming beings, turn the wheel of Dharma. With the self-nature of wisdom and skillful means, as noble as a wish-fulfilling jewel, with a heart free from sorrow and fear, thus accomplish the benefit of sentient beings. In this verse, by substituting the words vajra, jewel, lotus, and karma for the word "Dharma," the five verses grant subsequent permission for drawing and explaining the mandala arising from the five families. These five verses are from the Compendium of Reality. In the third line, according to the mandala ritual of Lavapa, it is better to translate it as "as taming various beings to be tamed." Thereafter, the disciple prostrates, and the main deity instructs: As the main deity instructs, I will also follow. Thereafter is the ritual of liberation, after that, holding an umbrella on the crown of the head, causing them to circumambulate, folding their palms at the mandala gate, lowering the umbrella and reciting this verse: This is the disciple offered who will hold all the tantras. With this, after praying to the lord of the mandala, placing the umbrella elsewhere, one should proclaim the words that fall into the disciple's heart, that is: Now you are the of the mandala, the Acharya, the holder of mantras and tantras, the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and gods.
