It possesses a vast nature adorned with excellent marks and signs. That is, the mind enters into the suchness of all dharmas and never departs from it; at the same time, the body is adorned with radiant marks and signs, and abides without ever relying on change. These two are inseparable in essence, which is the meaning of "by the very nature of self." Thus, the means and wisdom to accomplish this must also be in accordance with it. For example, when accomplishing the mind-dharma-kaya of the Victorious Ones, the yogi, from now on, places his own mind on the meaning of the suchness of things, and cultivates the path that conforms to the mind of the Victorious Ones. Similarly, when accomplishing the form-kaya, one must also cultivate the path that conforms to the form of one's own body appearing as having the marks and signs. Because these two, if doing, then doing together, if abiding, then abiding together, are the same in all respects. Considering this, from the practice of self-grasping, one should therefore cultivate the vast nature as being no different from selflessness. It is said that the vastness here refers to practice in deity yoga, and the manner of vastness will be described below. Practicing in such a way is called practicing from one's own nature. At the time of fruition, just as the basis of the body adorned with marks and signs and the non-objective mind that relies on it are inseparable in essence and abide simultaneously, so too, at the time of the path, the yogi's mind, the means by which his own body appears as the form of the Tathagata, and at the same time, his own mind focused on the suchness of dharma, the wisdom of no-self-nature, are inseparable in essence in perception, and the means and wisdom must be gathered together inseparably at the same time. Because by becoming accustomed to the yoga of combining these two simultaneously, ultimately the non-dual wisdom itself will be accomplished, and this wisdom will appear as the form-kaya of the state of enlightenment for those to be tamed. Thus, even the supreme means of appearing as a deity, if it is separated from the wisdom that realizes the nature of one's own mind without error, and is therefore deficient, one cannot become a Buddha, so the two must be gathered together. In self-accomplishment, it is also said that the Able One (Shakyamuni) emits immeasurable rays of light.

endowed with. Being the basis for the infinite perfections of oneself and others, it is characterized by the supreme of authentic methods. Being impoverished by the lack of wisdom, even if one cultivates by manifestly approaching, one will not attain all perfections, therefore, one should generate an undeluded mind towards its essence. Thus it is said. The wisdom that realizes the absence of inherent existence in the appearance of the apprehended aspect as a deity, although being of the same essence as the mind of vast view yoga, is established as different in method and wisdom due to the power of terminology that differs in negation depending on the different places of error. Thus, from the aspect of averting the mind's inverted grasping of the meaning of suchness, it is established as wisdom, because knowing the ultimate object of knowledge, the ultimate truth, is the supreme wisdom. From the aspect of averting the inability to accomplish one's own result, it is established as method, because the method of the Buddha is the ability to accomplish Buddhahood. Thus, from the perspective of accomplishing oneself, although they are of the same nature as the vast, undeluded mind, one should understand the different terminology, thus, from the nature of averting the inverted mind from suchness, it should be known as wisdom, and from averting the inability to accomplish one's own result, it is shown as method. Thus it is said. Here, although the manner of establishing method and wisdom is explained according to the general approach, the basis for establishing method and wisdom is the special method and wisdom of mantra. Thus, the apprehended aspect appears as the mandala of deities, thereby accomplishing the Form Body, and realizing the emptiness of inherent existence, thereby accomplishing the Dharma Body, the union of method and wisdom as non-dual, this should be understood as the main meaning of the method, wisdom, and yogas spoken of in the mantras. Secondly, in the commentary on the Four Hundred and Fifty Verses, it says: Or, if one meditates only on the nature of the deity, then one will not become enlightened by that alone, because the completion of the activity is deficient. Or, if one meditates on the suchness of the deities, but not on the deities themselves, then one will attain Buddhahood after countless eons, but not quickly. Therefore, one should meditate on both.
