With the clear wisdom vajra, may it be shattered into a hundred forms. Thus, as stated in the fourth section of the seventh chapter of the Kalpasamyoga and the second chapter of the Mayajala, recite three times, and with immeasurable wrathful deities, dispel all obstacles. If performing a short command, then: "All you hosts of obstacles, dwelling in body, speech, and mind, listen carefully. I am the glorious Vajradhara, the one who performs the wheel of command. With the form of a blazing vajra, purify what arises from the three bodies. If some transgress against me, they will be destroyed here, not elsewhere." Thus, as it appears in the thirteenth chapter of the Compendium, recite three times and act, visualizing as before. The three bodies are also said to be the three kayas, and their meaning is: the three kayas become one, as stated in the Lamp Illuminating, it is the difference of shattering, not an object of delight. The ground of the mandala is also blessed from the depths of the great power into the nature of the vajra arising from the syllable (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hum). In all the occasions that have been spoken of and will be spoken of, it is extremely important to act slowly and without distraction until the visualizations of whatever occasion are clear. Those who consider that many dances are performed, illuminated by their respective suns, for each sentient being who is the object of prostration and bodhicitta, as well as those who hold pride and the object of command, etc., as a garland ritual, because no one has explained it in reliable texts such as the garland and the mannye, and the other two commentaries on the Kalpasamyoga and the two commentaries on the Mayajala, etc., it is merely the self-conception of some Tibetans who like elaboration, relying on some unskilled Nepalese mantra practitioners. In the abbreviated action, making four commands and saying that they are performed by the respective gate masters is also not reasonable. Because it is said in the Mayajala: "The master himself stands in the posture of the deity, holding the tightened vajra in his right hand and ringing the bell in his left, circumambulating the mandala with majesty in the manner of a vajra." Thus, the command that is desired to be performed by the master of the eastern gate is because it is said to be performed by the master himself. And also in the words of the command, Vajra Acarya

Because it is said, "Someone named so-and-so, I," and also because many reliable ones such as Marme Dze Zangpo, Lawapa, and Darikapa said that the Acharya who made the request as mentioned before would do it; and also, wanting to perform empowerment in other places, but the words are not included in the initial empowerment, and both length and shortness are said to be optional. Therefore, the empowerment to dispel obstacles is a task that the Vajra Acharya must do. Thirdly, when Lawapa and Krishnacharya circumambulate after blessing their feet, rays of light like the fire of the eon appear from under their feet.

Blessing the feet, shaking the vajra and bell, and reciting "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), after drawing the shape of a single-pointed vajra etc. on the ground with the feet, place both hands on the hips and rotate to the right like a wheel. Then there is the running dance, that is, how to quickly lift the feet, after doing it as before, rotate like a wheel from the left side. That is, for the first three steps, first draw with the right foot in front and behind, then the left foot also does the same, alternating. For the fourth, the right foot draws the vajra in front and to the right, and the left foot draws the vajra behind and to the left, and then rotate. Each step of the vajra should be rotated once. In the "Garland," it says that reciting the syllable "Hūṃ" comes first, except for what was said at the time of the seat, it does not say to recite other mantras, but in Vajra Dakini, Union, Illusion Net, and many mandala rituals, it is said that the syllable "Hūṃ" should be recited when rotating with the steps of the vajra. For these, the lamas of Tibet do many others, but the intention of the "Garland" seems to be only these. Then, doing the right stretch etc., in the "Garland" it says to do it after doing the vajra steps once or three times, and the three ways that are not fixed, so you can do it as you like. The right stretch is: bending the heel of the left foot, the right foot is stretched straight and upright, up to the height of the five fingers. The left stretch is: the opposite of this. Saga is: the distance between the two feet is twenty-six fingers, the toes are separated, and the two knees are straight. Round is: the distance between the two feet is like a cubit and a half of wings. Equal is: the toes of the two feet touch each other, and the big toes and heels of the feet are brought together, the characteristics of these are explained by All-Heart (Kunsnying) in the commentary on Union and Illusion Net. These five are done in the four directions of east etc. and in the center in order. These, when dispelling obstacles, it is enough to do with the pride of whatever deity is taken, Nagarjuna and Abhaya etc. think, abiding in the pride of doing Hūṃ etc., recite the syllable Hūṃ to do. The lamas of Tibet, take those as the basis, feet...
