遍及的方法是:念诵“斯帕ra 瓦日ra(藏文,梵文天城体,स्फार वज्र,Spha ra vajra,散布金刚)”,像用风轮吹散灰尘一样,散布许多金刚杵微细,逐渐使其遍满,在《阿瓦达ra》中这样说道。像这样长久地观想之后,念诵“桑哈ra纳 瓦日ra(藏文,梵文天城体,संहारण वज्र,Sam ha ra na vajra,收摄金刚)”,

It is said that excitement leads to distraction, and excessive relaxation leads to dullness. Therefore, one should understand and maintain the boundary that separates these two states. Once the vajra becomes stable, a pleasant sensation arises in a part of the body, such as the tip of the nose or elsewhere, which is a special characteristic of the tangible object. Through this, the body is employed in virtuous activities, thereby eliminating uncomfortable physical states and generating physical pliancy. If one is free from physical discomfort, the body becomes serviceable and able to exert effort. With complete physical pliancy, mental pliancy arises, as complete physical pliancy leads to the experience of pleasure. With pleasure, the mind becomes one-pointed. As it is said. Thus, the method of generating one-pointed shamatha by relying on subtle objects is clearly explained in the Ornament of the Kosha. It does not contradict the statement in the Collection of Subjects that mental pliancy generates physical pliancy, and from that, shamatha arises, because here mental pliancy is understood as one-pointed shamatha, as can be known by quoting the scriptures as evidence. This clearly shows that shamatha should be practiced gradually, because it generates physical and mental pliancy. That is, one should first practice until a good deity appearance is obtained, and then, dividing the day into four sessions, practice continuously for two months. The Upper Commentary states that if one practices for two months with four sessions each day, one will definitely obtain the sign. The third is, the first section states: If a subtle pleasant sensation of the vajra arises, then that sign is the pervaded, and the mind should completely pervade. Pervading as much as one desires, it can even pervade the three realms. It means that through the power of meditating on the subtle image of the vajra, when one sees that one's entire body is pervaded, if one wants to increase it, one should start from villages and so on, and then pervade the three realms, as stated in the Upper Commentary. The method of pervading is: Reciting "Sphara Vajra (藏文,梵文天城体,स्फार वज्र,Spha ra vajra,Scattering Vajra)", like scattering dust with a wind mandala, scattering many subtle vajras, gradually making them pervade, as stated in the Avatara. After contemplating in this way for a long time, reciting "Samharana Vajra (藏文,梵文天城体,संहारण वज्र,Sam ha ra na vajra,Gathering Vajra)",

And experiencing the touch of gathering air inside, therefore gathering it between the tips of the nostrils, visualizing it as a single vajra, as stated in the first section. Then again gathering it: It remains between the tips of the nostrils. Thus it is said. Then from the tip of the nose, insert it into the right nostril, place it in the heart and make it stable, as stated in the Ornament of Kosala. Recite Oṃ Dhṛḍha Tiṣṭha (Tibetan: ༀ་དྲི་ངྷ་ཏིཥྛ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् धृढ तिष्ठ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ dhṛḍha tiṣṭha, Chinese literal meaning: Om, firmly abide). First, focus on the subtle, search and accomplish it, then apply various techniques of expansion and contraction. This is a special cause that the mind can do, therefore, merely guarding the place and strength are not the same. Counting from expansion downwards, one month, if practiced for three months, the subtle samadhi will be perfected, as stated in the Upper Commentary. If one understands the gathering of the subtle yoga extensively explained in the Root Commentary, then at the time of the Abhisamaya of Guhyasamaja and other deities, first accomplish the place, and after accomplishment, practice many techniques, which seems very important. The second part has three points: The way it is said from "That Condensed," the way it is said from the "Explanatory Tantra," and briefly showing the method of practice. The first point is: "That Condensed" says: Through entering the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), contemplate all letters. From one's own mouth to another's mouth, if one contemplates, one will attain accomplishment. It is called wisdom determination, and it is also called samadhi. Through it, one should accomplish the mudra, if one contemplates, one will quickly accomplish it. Following the voice of wisdom, the words of samadhi are very excellent. Through it, if one contemplates, one will quickly attain the accomplishment of secret mantra. The differences between secret mantra and vidya mantra, there are no differences. Merely through practicing wisdom, one will quickly attain accomplishment. Thus it is said. Although the sound of the heart mantra does not appear in the first verse, the four verses are: sequentially the power of the heart mantra, mudra, secret mantra, and vidya mantra, it is the practice of the wisdom that realizes suchness, as stated in Avatara. Among them, A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) is the door of all dharmas because of birth, thus it is said. Therefore, the meaning of A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) refers to self-nature being unborn, through it, all the letters of the mantra to be recited are also contemplated in accordance with reason, which proves the absence of self in all dharmas.
