For those who have not yet subdued the central channel, the order is therefore fixed. The understanding of subduing the central channel is: by accomplishing the eleven signs through the retraction mudra, and stabilizing them through meditation, the winds become slightly capable, and the left and right winds naturally begin to enter the central channel. From that point on, if one practices stopping the movement of the left and right, it will hit the key point, but if done before that, it will not succeed, so the first two limbs are: grasping the measure of practicing life-force exertion. Therefore, if the eleven signs do not appear, or even if they do, they are not stable, then one needs to strive for the first two limbs, but if they appear and are stable, then the ability is perfected by that alone, so from that point on, one needs to practice life-force exertion, and if one becomes accustomed to just that again, then one has not understood the key point. Similarly, if one stops the movement of the left and right winds and makes them enter the central channel stably, then the power of life-force exertion will perfect that, so from that point on, one needs to practice holding, because abiding stably in the central channel is not the merit of life-force exertion, but needs to be accomplished through holding. Then, when the wind enters the central channel and abides there, by the power of the remembrance of the Tummo yoga, the Tummo blazes, melting the constituents, reaching between the vajra tips, and not moving outwards, then the co-emergent, unchanging bliss is accomplished. If we summarize these meanings, then the first two limbs subdue the central channel by means of accomplishing the cause of the vajra body, the form aggregate. The third limb puts the two left and right winds into the subdued central channel. The fourth limb holds the inserted wind there without allowing it to enter or exit. The fifth limb, relying on the held wind, practices any of the three mudras, thereby melting and descending the bodhicitta, holding it without allowing it to move outwards, thereby accomplishing unchanging bliss. The sixth limb, from the form body accomplished by the first two limbs, transforms oneself into the empty-form body of the desired father and mother deities, and then relies on the mudra, and by increasing the obtained unchanging bliss more and more, eventually all the material aggregates are exhausted, the body is an empty-form vajra body, and the mind and the suchness of reality are always equally abiding, obtaining the body of the union of two unchanging bliss, this is the essence of the three commentaries.

It is imperative to deeply understand its essence. As previously stated, the empty-form body and immutable bliss of this system, as well as the illusory body and clear light of the noble tradition, can be considered interchangeable. However, it is unreasonable to regard the appearance of absorption here and the illusory body of the noble tradition as having the same meaning. The absorption here is the preliminary practice of wind yoga, while the illusory body is a body accomplished from wind and mind at the end of the three emptinesses, having gained control over the winds through speech isolation. Therefore, neither the essence nor the stages are the same in any respect. Similarly, the "immutable bliss" here is also attained before the path of seeing, while clear light is established only after the explicit realization of truth, because the purification of the three minds is taught, and even subtle dualistic appearances are purified. Each vajra word of the tantra has many different explanations, so it is not necessary to explain them as having the same meaning, nor are they contradictory. Therefore, Naropa also explained the six applications of the later Guhyasamaja Tantra in the commentary on the 'Summary of Empowerment' as being like the Kalachakra, while in the commentary on the later Guhyasamaja Tantra, he explained them as being like the Lamp Illuminating. The third part has two aspects: the way of realizing selflessness through immutable bliss, and refuting the view of the non-conceptual Kalachakra tradition that does not grasp at anything. The first point is: the "immutable" in the "immutable bliss" that is spoken of does not mean that it cannot be produced by causes and conditions, but rather that the emission of semen is change, which has been stated many times. Binding the semen in a non-leaking state is immutability. The bliss that arises from this is also the bliss of physical sensation arising from the pleasant tactile sensation inside the body when the bindu is bound to the body, and the bliss of mental sensation of experiencing joy that arises immediately as a condition from this, merely the bliss of sensation, not just the samadhi of non-conceptualization arising from relying on the bliss of sensation as a cause, but rather the bliss of realizing the meaning of suchness arising from using the view of decisively understanding that all phenomena are without inherent existence as the proximate cause, and binding the semen in a non-leaking state as the coemergent condition. Therefore, in this tantra, bliss is taught as being without object, while empty-form is taught as having an object, and in the fifth chapter
