Like throwing a spear, or like a string of bells, or like a rolled-up ball of thread, or like linked iron rings, it should be understood according to the power of the occasion. It is said that the Tibetan lamas, combining the first peaceful, second wrathful, third enriching, and the last two with subjugation, explain them as the two forms of mantra letters and light rays, but I have not seen others explain it clearly. The oral transmission is like a rotating torch, and Lotus Born (མཚོ་སྐྱེས།) said to distinguish them by the colors of the four actions, and Prajñā Indra Ruci also said: Then the wise should recite the mantra, from the mouths of the Father and Mother, like a torch, rotating like a wheel, distinguishing by the colors of the actions. Because it is said in the Jewel Flame Sutra, therefore it has all four actions. Thus, from inviting the wisdom being to reciting, it is a limb of perfecting the generated deities, and pure mindfulness, as Maitreya Moon (མི་ཐུབ་ཟླ་བ།) said, if one cannot meditate, then one should remember purity, so it should be done when one is weary of deity yoga. Moreover, as Shantipa (ཤཱནྟི་པ།), Maitreya Moon (མི་ཐུབ་ཟླ་བ།), and Ḍābi Pa said, it seems that much is said during the main session. Lotus Born (མཚོ་སྐྱེས།) and Jaya Sena spoke of pure mindfulness after the torma, so it should be done during the session break. The Luipa's (ལཱུ་ཨི་པ།) method 's intention is explained by Prajñā Rakṣita and others, and as it is said in the Lotus Born's (མཚོ་སྐྱེས།) method, gradually gathering into clear light, after the five stages, it is considered to be the meaning of dissolution, so if one does that, then at that time one should remember the view and practice it. The subtle channels should also be meditated on at the time when it is said to meditate on them, and especially to achieve a stable mind focused on them, the method of preventing excitement and dullness, and the method of cultivating mindfulness and awareness, and the degree of attaining calm abiding, etc., are common to both mantra and prajnaparamita, so it is necessary to understand them in detail from the stages of the common vehicle path, and be sure to look there. When meditating on the deity and emptiness, Tathagata Vajra (དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེས།) said: Here too, one should only meditate on the deity and abide from the morning session to the midnight session. Then one should meditate on emptiness,

This explanation is made in the context of meditating on emptiness separately. The third has two parts: the ritual of nourishing the body and generating the torma, and the ritual of inviting guests and giving alms. The first is: If the body and mind are tired after meditating in this way, the ritual for nourishing is as follows, according to Marmey Zangpo: On the crown of the head, a moon with Om (Tibetan: ༀ།, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: om, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) is moist. The nectar of the sacred mind drips, satisfying body, speech, and mind. Let it descend according to the ritual. This is a method of certain rest spoken of in the Compendium of Intentions Tantra. The method is to visualize a moon mandala marked with Om (Tibetan: ༀ།, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: om, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) in the space about a cubit above the crown of the head. Imagine that nectar descends upon it, moistening each and every atom from the crown of your head down to your feet. Furthermore, Pal Berdorje said to visualize the light rays of the arising and dissolving winds attracting the nectar and dripping from the crown of the head. Shantipa said: Attract the light rays of Om (Tibetan: ༀ།, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: om, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) from the ten directions, and also bring them inside with life and effort, causing them to flow through the network of channels, thereby pervading the body. This explains that life and effort are the means by which the arising and dissolving winds cause it to descend inward. It is said that after resting in this way, one should continue the recitation and meditation, so it is not necessary to do it only at the end, but whenever one is tired. After that, if you want to end the session, offer praise and enjoy nectar to the mandala again, and then request the mandala to depart, as explained in the Kunzang Root Commentary on the Sadhana Method. This is a request for the deities of the mandala to return, gathering into the main deity, and not going elsewhere. If accomplished, tormas should be made at the end of all four sessions, as it says in Manifestation of the Lama: By the order of this ritual, give it at the four session intervals. It is said that it is the same for others as well. If not accomplished, the torma should be given at the end of the last session. Furthermore, the Ocean Born said that it should be done after the mandala deities have been closely gathered into oneself. It is also said in Man Nyer that after making the torma, the mandala deities are gathered into oneself, so it should be done at the end of the last session or at any convenient time. Although there are various torma rituals, the intentions of the Union Practice, the Fourfold Gathering, and the Vajra Dakini are mostly similar. The intention of the Union Practice will be explained as it is spoken of in Man Nyer. The torma, according to the tantras, pacifies obstacles and increases
