Furthermore, most of the third chapter on the examination of union states: 'The moonless blind one possesses wisdom, likewise, equality itself is wisdom. The seed syllables and hand symbols of one's own deity should be understood and spoken of separately. All should be united with diligence, the image is complete and pure.' As the wise have said in the ritual, one should meditate on the five aspects. As it is said, it is held that enlightenment arises from the five wisdoms, but there is no certainty that the sun arises from the consonants. For in the same text it says: 'In the center of the lunar mandala is the enlightened second moon.' Therefore, in the generation stage of Vajrasattva, it is said to meditate on two moons. In the chapter on union, only sixteen vowels and thirty-four consonants are mentioned. As for doubling, Yeshe Zhap did not explicitly explain it. Marme Dze Zangpo said: 'Vowel letters are truly endowed with names, ka and others are examples with radiant light.' As it is said, even if doubling is necessary, it is not very clear, so in its commentary, Shantipa listed the views of others who do not want doubling, and his own view is to double. Pal Dzin also explained doubling. In the Mother Tantra, doubling is mentioned in the sadhanas of Lawapa and Lui-pa, while Shantipa said in the sadhana of Hevajra parents that it arises from vowels and consonants without doubling. In the sadhana of Hevajra of Dagbipa's Selfless Mother and Mitupa's Moon, it is not clear whether to double or not. If one meditates on doubling, then as Lui-pa said, each one should be placed clockwise and counterclockwise, and Pal Dre Dorje places the white vowels inside and the red consonants outside, while Men Zhap believes that the vowels are below and the consonants are above, that is, first placing the vowels and consonants, and then generating. Pal Dzin places the consonants on top of the moon generated by the vowels, either way is fine. Generating the moon from the consonants is the view of Yeshe Zhap, and Pal Dzin and Lui-pa also say so, while generating the sun from the bindu is mostly the sadhana of Hevajra parents, and the sadhana of the thirteen-deity Hevajra made by Lawapa. The second moon, Pal Dzin and Abhaya said to meditate on it as red, while the latter said to meditate on it as the shape of a full moon.

It is said, and during the union, regarding the moon, it is said, "The nature of the vast triangle." The meaning of what is said is that the moon represented by A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A), like Kunda, is born in the Dharma-originated triangle, and it is said to be named with the name of the cause. The reason for doubling the vowels is: sixteen Ali inside, the semen parts of the body's places have sixteen characteristics, to which, as a means of wisdom, they appear externally, for the reason of having thirty-two, therefore the vowel letters are also doubled, Man Nyer said so. The Bhagavan said: "The letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) becomes the root of the thumb, the letter Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Literal meaning: Ā) is in the genitals. The letter I (Tibetan: ཨི, Sanskrit Devanagari: इ, Sanskrit Romanization: i, Literal meaning: I) is also on the pair of thighs, the letter Ī (Tibetan: ཨཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ई, Sanskrit Romanization: ī, Literal meaning: Ī) is in the secret place. The letter U (Tibetan: ཨུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: उ, Sanskrit Romanization: u, Literal meaning: U) is at the root of the navel, the letter Ū (Tibetan: ཨཱུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऊ, Sanskrit Romanization: ū, Literal meaning: Ū) is on the श्रेष्ठ abdomen. The letter Ṛ (Tibetan: རྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऋ, Sanskrit Romanization: ṛ, Literal meaning: Ṛ) is in the center of the breasts, the letter Ṝ (Tibetan: རཱྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॠ, Sanskrit Romanization: ṝ, Literal meaning: Ṝ) is likewise on the hands. The letter ḷ (Tibetan: ལྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऌ, Sanskrit Romanization: ḷ, Literal meaning: ḷ) is towards the throat, the letter ḹ (Tibetan: ལཱྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॡ, Sanskrit Romanization: ḹ, Literal meaning: ḹ) is also on the lips. The letter E (Tibetan: ཨེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, Literal meaning: E) is towards the cheeks, the letter Ai (Tibetan: ཨཻ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऐ, Sanskrit Romanization: ai, Literal meaning: Ai) is also on the eyes. The letter O (Tibetan: ཨོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: o, Literal meaning: O) is at the root of the ears, the letter Au (Tibetan: ཨཽ, Sanskrit Devanagari: औ, Sanskrit Romanization: au, Literal meaning: Au) also dwells correctly on the head. Aṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Literal meaning: Aṃ) Aḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: अः, Sanskrit Romanization: aḥ, Literal meaning: Aḥ) are on the crown of the head, on the body, the wise should think like this. In the white aspect, it dwells like this, in the black aspect, it is the opposite. For women, this is Vajrasattva, for men, it is always like this." Thus quoted, and it is also said similarly from the Previous Lives and others. In the Commentary on the Source of Vows, it is said: "The left side means that in the white aspect, from the thumb to the crown of the head, one ascends relying on the left side of the body, while in the black aspect, from the crown of the head to the thumb, one descends relying on the right side of the body." Thus it is said, these are the sixteen parts of Bodhicitta. As knowledge of the two, means and wisdom, in the Two Examinations it is quoted: "The form of semen becomes the Bhagavan, its bliss is said to be the Desire Goddess." Therefore, the sixteen meanings represented by Ali have the two, means and wisdom, so the sixteen Ali are also divided into two, that is the meaning. Man Nyer said that because there are sixteen parts that are different from semen and different from bliss, they are divided into thirty-two, and they must also be distinguished through the previously mentioned body parts. Then, on the thirty-four clear consonant letters from ka to ksha, adding the six da, dha, ya, ra, la, wa, there are forty, and this must be doubled, on the thirty-four clear consonant letters.
