There are other ways to establish the ground, which are: Because the Wisdom Mother herself is the actual means of the flawless, supreme, and perfect bliss, it is taught that even in situations where the realization encompassed by the initial actions and so forth has progressed, one should not abandon it. This is to be understood as the discipline of the vidyā. Whatever is great, without discrimination, all actions are performed with means. More than meditating without discrimination, this is the best of all disciplines. As stated in the Vajra Dakini, what use are other disciplines? Therefore, for the sake of being extremely connected to the discipline of the mind of enlightenment, which is the nature of the five wisdoms, this is the Vajra Discipline. It is said that one should always uphold the discipline that is inseparable from the vajra within the nature of the five wisdoms. Even if one is separated from conduct, one will not realize the mind of enlightenment. To teach this meaning, there is the discipline of conduct, which has three aspects. The first conduct is to diligently practice the three inner mudras. Even so, it is said in the Samputa Tantra: "The khatvanga is the body of the deity, the bell and vajra should be regarded as wisdom." Also, "The mantra is the skull cup for drinking." etc. The body of the deity is: the body and the anahata, that is, the indestructible essence, the sound of tummo or nada, and the non-dual great bliss, the support for experiencing, the conventional bodhicitta, thus symbolizing the three. Making one's own body the body of the deity and showing the fire of tummo and the support of bliss, like kundalini, is the inner mudra. For those others that are easy to understand, the symbol of bliss is: explaining "kaṃ" and "pā la" of the kapala separately, it is explained that there is a place to explain the increase of bliss. The first indicates the father, the second indicates wisdom, and the third indicates the mantra to be recited, which is the outer mudra. The second conduct is holding the five ornaments: from having the yogini and the discipline of conduct, the five, such as the wisdom of the extremely pure dharmadhatu, are used for enjoyment. The third conduct is: when one has obtained the four ways of looking and the power of clairvoyance and so forth, one diligently accomplishes the benefit of sentient beings, and is a yogi or yogini who has become outside of worldly behavior, the meaning of all the ornaments of the inner self.

To make it firm is to apply the arising of the mind of enlightenment, the nature of emptiness and compassion being inseparable. The meaning of the prophecy is: It is a prophecy in the sense of praising that you are able to realize the Dharma nature that is inseparable from the three realms. This is the meaning of the mantra at the time of the prophecy, so it is explained: It is indeed so, (Tibetan: བྷཱར, Sanskrit Devanagari: bhār, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: bhār, Chinese literal meaning: Bhar) is the underground with the circle of wind and so on. (Tibetan: བྷཱུ་ལྦཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: bhūḥ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: bhūḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhu) is the world above the earth. (Tibetan: སྭཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: svaḥ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: svaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Sva) refers to the heavens, the ultimate of the peak of existence. All three of these are you, meaning (Tibetan: སྟྭཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: stvaṃ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: stvaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Tvam). Because it is possible to realize the very nature of the three earths, that is, Suchness, through Samaya, that is, the stages of the Extremely Joyful Land, etc., it is the meaning of (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་བྷཱུར་བྷུ་ལྦཿ སྭཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: samaya stvaṃ bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: samaya stvaṃ bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Samaya, you, earth, above earth, heaven). In the fourth chapter of Guru it says: Om, I prophesy to you here, liberate from the evil destinies of existence, become Vajrasattva Tathagata, for the sake of greatly accomplishing existence. Hey, from today onwards, you, so-and-so Vajra, will be accomplished as the Tathagata of the beginning of the earth, above the earth, and the supreme earth. It is said that the latter words are the meaning of (Tibetan: ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་སིདྡྷི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: tathāgata siddhi, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: tathāgata siddhi, Chinese literal meaning: Tathagata Siddhi). The meaning of the last line is: It is explained that it is for the sake of attaining non-abiding Nirvana. The third line is: It is the place where the prophecy is given. The subsequent permission is: Like the ritual, after perfectly accomplishing the siddhi, teach the Dharma, etc., for the benefit of sentient beings. Comfort is: You are a Buddha even if you enjoy desirable objects, thus comforting, refers to entering the mandala and empowerment, etc., making the seeds that can attain Buddhahood grow, therefore making the disciple realize it. The second is: If one can understand well the nature of the four empowerments and what path can be meditated upon through the empowerment, and the reason for what fruit can be achieved, one will believe in the many praises of empowerment in the tantras, and thus regard empowerment as the supreme of oral instructions. If this happens, one will pay special attention to empowerment as the foundation of the mantra path, the root of all siddhis, and the door to opening the profound two stages, and not
