And also the means of that, which is not contrary to what, is also spoken. The main cause of all the perfections of the mundane and supramundane is spoken of in the perfection of wisdom as the mind of enlightenment. Likewise, it is also taught in the mantras, and by quoting sources such as the appearance of Vajradhara, great bliss is also accomplished in common. The Ornament of Clear Realization says, "Skillful in means to enjoy desires." And in the chapter of Light Protector, it is said that the example of the farmer shows that the field of afflictions is very necessary for the growth of the Buddha's Dharma, and the enjoyment of desirable qualities is also common. The ground of the fruit and so on are also the same, so the generation stage itself is explained as a special characteristic of mantras, as it says in the explanation of the thirteenth chapter of the Compendium of Origins: "Therefore, if there is no meditation on the generation stage, then there is no difference from the method of mantras." This gathers all the meditations of deity yoga into the generation stage, and the yogas of the root channels and bindus are yogas that generate bliss, and the bliss is also the same, so I thought. The second is: Although the meaning is the same, it is not ignorant, and there are many methods and no difficulties, and because of the power of sharp faculties, the treatises of mantras are particularly excellent. It is said that the fruit of omniscience is not different for mantras and perfections, but nevertheless, with four differences, the four tantra classes of mantras are said to be superior to the perfections. The difference of not being ignorant is that when the perfectionists engage in generosity and so on, they engage without focusing on the three circles, so they are not very ignorant. However, giving away the head and so on is engaging in external generosity and so on, so because the faculties are not very sharp, enlightenment is attained after a long time. Those who practice in the door of mantras do not have that ignorance. The perfections are able to fulfill the desires of all sentient beings at once, but giving away the head and so on cannot heal limitless sentient beings. That is seen as the fruit of samadhi, and by disparaging that ordinary method, one seeks the supreme method. That is, the samadhi of the two, method and wisdom, is without partiality, and by constantly and continuously familiarizing oneself with it, one is able to fulfill the desires of limitless sentient beings, so the perfection of generosity is fulfilled. At that time,

The remaining perfections will also be completed. For ordinary people's giving of the body, etc., these are not present, so they are not considered perfections. The difference of having many methods is: From the perfections, asceticism, discipline, and vows, etc., are said to be the means to higher realms and liberation, but because they are based on practicing very peaceful actions, they cannot subdue all sentient beings. Mantra speaks of the four classes of tantras for the purpose of benefiting all sentient beings. Here, one must first know which type of affliction is the greatest, and then transform desire, etc., into Amitabha, etc., and recite the mantra of the heart mandala; visualize the vowels and consonants as deities of the speech mandala; and the body mandala of vows including the palace and supports, and three different doors to enter these three mandalas are taught. The difference of having no difficulty is: Difficulty or ease depends on the mind, not on the object itself, because what is difficult for some is easy for others. Therefore, acting in accordance with one's own desires, obtaining happiness through happiness, so asceticism is not taught in mantra. For those who do not engage in the faults of attachment, etc., of the highest faculty, who have little conceptualization, great compassion, and strive for the non-dual Suchness, the Great Seal will be shown, which is the essence of wisdom that is one with great compassion and without self of phenomena, another name for skillful means and wisdom. For those of intermediate faculty who indulge in mundane objects, turn their backs (on the truth), but have not abandoned conceptualizations such as attachment, in order to enable them to enter the ocean of ultimate wisdom, the practice of wisdom mudra is taught. That is, to meditate on the five Tathagata families and their vidyas, such as the goddess Caksus. The way to enter Suchness by meditating on these is that when the mind is fixed on the deity's body, the mind itself appears as the deity, and there is no external object. One should not be attached to the three spheres of meditation, etc., so that one will abide in a body free from external objects and grasping and being grasped. Moreover, through the guru's instructions, one will realize that these bodies are free from one and many, and are without inherent existence. Then, similarly, one will realize that all phenomena are without inherent existence.
