Recite the hundred-syllable mantra, along with the one hundred and eight roots and the twenty-one surrounding deities. In the third chapter of the Abhisamayalankara, it says: "With the hundred syllables, at all times, meditate on the secret mantra firmly, like one's own name, combine and increase the recitation." So it is said. Lawapa said that one should recite one hundred and eight times for all deities, and after the recitation, one should also make offerings and praises. At this time, many, such as Sarahapa and Prajñarakshita, said that one should perform a feast offering, while many, such as Krishnacharya, said that one should perform an inner fire offering, which is the same meaning. Secondly, the vessels for offering water and so on are: gold, silver, stone, copper, wood, earthen, fish skin, conch, petal trays, foot washing water, dust washing water, mouth washing water, and offering water vessels. And any other vessel. Thus, nine are explicitly mentioned, and others are also acceptable. These are said to be vessels for offering water in the general tantras, but they are also vessels for other waters. Mituk Zhawa said: "All these are for the sake of offering water, therefore, it is said to be the word 'offering water'." As it is said. The inner substances and mantras are: put barley, milk, white flowers, kusha grass, sesame, rice grains, and nectar, along with white fragrant water. Recite ༀ་ཨཱཿ ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨཱཿ ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Ah Hum) and one's own deity's mantra and the coiled mantra seven or one hundred and eight times, for the purpose of pacification. These are known as the seven substances of offering water. For the purpose of increase, put sesame, yogurt, yellow flowers, kusha grass, and yellow fragrant water, along with nectar, and recite in this way. In the general tantras, it says: "Then, after putting in fragrant water, the intelligent one should sprinkle it with their hand, and while fumigating with incense, recite intensely in their mind." So it is said. The way to place them is: then, on one's left, place the vessels for offering water, foot washing water, dust washing water, and mouth washing water, and in front of these vessels, also place three empty receiving vessels. Mituk Zhawa said: "Flowers, incense, lamps, and fragrant conches, etc., place on the right. On the left, place the mantra's offering water vessel. In front, also place vessels." So it is said, the receiving vessels, etc., are placed on the altar. The mudra and mantra for offering are: the right fist

With the tips of the thumb and forefinger, in the manner of water and flowers swaying in the vessel for washing the feet, rotate the fingers and pick them up. Starting from the forefinger, separate them one by one, reciting: Oṃ āḥ hrīḥ pravara satkāraṃ pātyaṃ pratīccha hūṃ svāhā (藏文:ༀ་ཨཱཿ ཧྲཱིཿ པྲ་ཝ་ར་སད་ཀཱ་རཾ་པཱ་ཏྱཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hrīḥ pravara satkāraṃ pātyaṃ pratīccha hūṃ svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡 啊 吽,殊胜供养 濯足 领受 吽 梭哈), and offer it to the mouth of enjoyment. Take the water from the second vessel with the tip of the kuśa grass held by the right hand, and at the place of pātyaṃ, sprinkle water (藏文:པྲོཀྵ་ཎཾ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:prokṣaṇaṃ,汉语字面意思:洒水), and then purify the second mouth of enjoyment three times. The same applies to purifying with the water from the activity vase. Take the water with flowers from the second vessel with the thumb and forefinger of the right hand, and gradually release it from the little finger facing downwards, reciting the mantra for offering drinking water (藏文:ཨཱཉྩ་མ་ཎཾ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:āñcamaṇaṃ,汉语字面意思:饮水), and then offer it to the second mouth of enjoyment. The third offering is the vessel of arghaṃ, holding the vessel containing water etc. with the palms, reciting the mantra for arghaṃ (藏文:ཨརྒྷཾ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:arghaṃ,汉语字面意思:供养), and offering it to the third vessel of the mouth of enjoyment with the vajra palms opened. Do all of these three times each. Thus, for the four waters, there are only three vessels, because the vessels for sprinkling and washing the feet are the same. The order of offering is: as mentioned before, the order of offering the four waters is usually seen in rituals. In some texts, it is different from what was said before, and how the sprinkling should be done depends on the situation. In some texts, the arghaṃ is offered first, and in some texts, there are no other three waters, and only the offering of arghaṃ is mentioned, so it should be done according to the situation. Where to offer? For washing the feet, since it is washing the feet, it should be visualized as offering to the feet. Similarly, sprinkling is offered to the entire body, washing the face is offered to the hands or face, and arghaṃ is offered to the front or head. Flowers are offered to the head, incense and lamps are offered to the front, tormas are offered to the front or hands or face, and perfume is visualized as offering to the heart. Such things should be understood in all rituals. Secondly, then place the Dharma companions in the mandala, and after oneself has come out, in the directions such as the east, with the ritual of the torma, offer the torma to one's desired deity and the lords of power etc. The texts say that tormas should be made outside for both worldly and transcendental beings, so for the deities of the colored sand mandala and the mandala for offering the deceased torma, they should be done separately.
