If there are more than ten, and they are qualified as materials for silk, wool, mixed wool, and coarse cloth, they should not be distributed, but should be supported by those who abide by the great monastic rules as before. All the precepts previously mentioned, those that should be guarded should be guarded, those that should be confessed should be confessed, and those that should be blessed should be blessed. Except for fully ordained nuns who have perfectly kept their vows, it is forbidden to perform the ordination of novices and monks in this monastery, and it is not a place for the Sangha to confess sins. In the public place where the Sangha gathers for confession, those who appear to be renunciates but do not possess any of the signs of renunciation should not participate in the confession together. If they possess the signs of renunciation, they should be examined by the Karmadana before proceeding. Even if they only stay for the duration of one Dharma seat, if they cannot abstain from alcohol and afternoon food for the rest of their lives, it is forbidden to participate in the confession and summer retreat together. When the first Ghaṇḍī (犍稚,घण्टा, ghaṇṭā, bell) for the distribution of wealth appears in the Sangha, one should first complete the necessary physical actions and so on. When the second Ghaṇḍī for the distribution of wealth and the Ghaṇḍī for listening to the Dharma are sounded, one should not gather until the Ghaṇḍī has sounded. As soon as it sounds, one should gather with dignified conduct. In the midst of the Sangha, those who do not have two monastic robes and those who do not have vows are not allowed to enter. If they have signs such as being specially invited by the patron, they should be examined by the Karmadana before proceeding. Whether they are newcomers or permanent residents, they should not wear clothes with unsewn sleeves, undyed clothes, or leather goods in the Sangha. Food should not be consumed in leather containers. In general, those who stay in this monastery for more than half a month should also act in this way during their stay. Those who abide by the great monastic rules should always act in this way. Wherever they gather, they should sit in the seat of discipline. If others stay in the monastery for the duration of one Dharma seat, they should also sit in the seat of discipline as in the Sangha. One should do the public affairs of the Sangha. If they are those who wish to renounce, and householders who are specially invited by the patron, unless the Karmadana requests permission from the Sangha and gives it, the food and clothing of the Sangha should not be given to householders.

It should be decided to act as solemnly stated that it is not allowed to give alms. The food of the Sangha should be distributed equally, except for the sick and those living outside the monastery, and those specially given by the patrons, those who have not attended the assembly should not receive a share of the food, and except for things that need to be done before the public food, such as preparing to leave, no share should be taken in advance. Do not waste property. When the public offerings of the Sangha arrive, whether the gains of those who have received the Bhikshu vows and those who have not received the Bhikshu vows are equal or not, it should be done as stated in the Vinaya. The Dharma practice of the assembly should be carried out in order, reciting the "Prayer to the Ten Directions", the seven-branch offering and the Mandala, reciting the "Tara Sutra", and in order to pray for the long life of the great masters of the teachings, reciting the "Amitayus Buddha Dharani" one hundred and eight times (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning), and giving one hundred and eight Tormas. According to the admonition of the elders of the Sangha, in order to purify the behavior of the Sangha, do not chat idly at any time in the assembly, and do not say other things during the Dharma practice, and if these two are violated, the disciplinarian will make them bow in the middle of the Sangha and ask for forgiveness. If there is no sudden event, do not leave the seat before the dedication is finished. Except for the necessary and suitable utensils for the Sangha, no one should use the Sangha's utensils, etc. If they are used, the disciplinarian should announce the fault to the Sangha and make them ask for forgiveness. In this monastery, anyone who engages in physical conflict, theft (whether large or small), and who has not had serious physical contact, but is suspected of violating the vows, should be expelled from the monastery, and if anyone is found to be protecting them, they should also be expelled from the monastery. Anyone who has taken the Shramanera vows, Bhikshu vows, and higher vows, and has joined the above-mentioned discipline system, and has lived here for more than one year, if they go to other places, they should also explain the above-mentioned three reasons for expulsion, engage in agricultural production themselves, drink alcohol and eat afternoon food without hesitation, intervene in disputes, and without a discipline companion, privately
