从无始以来，布施所生的，持戒所生的，禅修所生的善根，自己所做的，劝他人做的，随喜他人做的善根，以及为了他的缘故，以遗留的关联所做的供养上师和三宝，侍奉僧众，布施贫困，持诵陀罗尼咒语，宣说经文，引入坛城并灌顶从而清净罪业等等一切善根，那些已逝去的，如果因业力而生于六道轮回中的任何一道，或者将要出生的有业之人，愿这些善根全部跟随他，追随他。跟随并进入后，也愿从六道各自的痛苦中解脱，迅速圆满成佛。如此念诵三遍，未获得之前的一切生世中，愿获得暇满人身。愿具有天界的七种功德，愿具有七圣财，愿一切时处不离见佛，愿不离听闻正法，愿不离侍奉圣僧。如是说。 祈请十方安住的一切佛和菩萨垂念，祈请寿命具足者名为某某者。寿命具足者名为某某者，从无始以来，布施、持戒、禅修所生的善根，所做的，劝他人做的，随喜所做的善根，将一切汇集在一起的力量，依靠此，寿命具足者名为某某者，为了如同虚空般的无量众生的利益，愿迅速获得无上圆满正等觉的珍贵果位。如此念诵三遍。未获得之前的一切生世中，愿在种姓高贵和相貌端庄者之中最为殊胜，愿在长寿和无病者之中最为殊胜。

From beginningless time, the roots of virtue arising from generosity, arising from ethics, and arising from meditation, those done by oneself, those caused to be done, and the roots of virtue of rejoicing in the doing, and also those who, for his sake, with remaining connections, have offered to the lama and the Three Jewels, served the Sangha, given to the poor, recited dharani mantras, proclaimed the scriptures, entered into mandalas and empowered, thereby purifying sins, all these roots of virtue, those that have passed away, if due to the power of karma, he has been born in any of the six realms of beings, or is one who has the karma to be born, may all these roots of virtue follow after him and pursue him. Having followed and entered after, may he also be liberated from all the sufferings of each of the six realms, and quickly attain perfect enlightenment. Thus, recite three times, and in all the lifetimes before that is attained, may he obtain a fully endowed human body. May he possess the seven qualities of the higher realms, may he possess the seven noble riches, may he never be separated from seeing the Buddha in all circumstances, may he never be separated from hearing the holy Dharma, may he never be separated from serving the noble Sangha. Thus it is said. O Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions, please consider the one with life, called so-and-so. The one with life, called so-and-so, from beginningless time, the virtue arising from generosity, ethics, and meditation, what has been done, what has been caused to be done, and the roots of virtue of rejoicing in the doing, relying on the power of combining all of them into one, may the one with life, called so-and-so, for the sake of all sentient beings equal to space, quickly attain the precious state of unsurpassed, perfectly complete Buddhahood. Thus, recite three times. And in all the lifetimes before that is attained, may he be the most excellent among those of high lineage and good form, may he be the most excellent among those who are long-lived and healthy.

愿在富有和权势的人们之中成为最殊胜的！愿在智慧和信仰广大的人们之中成为最殊胜的！愿在广闻博学和守护戒律的人们之中成为最殊胜的！愿在乐于布施、知惭有愧的人们之中成为最殊胜的！再者，凭借此善根之力，愿一切众生的无量安乐之根本，佛陀薄伽梵之珍贵教法，从一切门径向一切方向弘扬光大！愿以讲说和修持来护持珍贵教法的一切圣者，身心安康，长寿安乐！愿彼等清净的利生事业向一切方向弘扬光大！愿一切僧众的十种修行，一切证悟，更上一层楼地增上广大！愿凭借彼等的慈悲和加持，布施的施主及其眷属的一切内外障碍，完全寂灭！愿顺缘寿命、福德、财富和权势，如上弦月般更上一层楼地增上广大！愿在遣除彼等违缘、成办顺缘上，往昔亲见佛陀、听闻佛法、依止僧众、承诺守护教法和四众眷属的具誓护法们，毫不懈怠地给予帮助！再者，凭借此善根之力，愿如虚空般的无量众生获得广大的安乐！愿一切世间的年成和牲畜恒时吉祥！愿风调雨顺！愿人疾和畜疫完全断绝！愿时疫和刀兵劫完全寂灭！愿心怀恶念的众生的所有恶思恶行完全寂灭！愿一切众生互敬互爱如父母般！愿一切众生从魔的束缚中完全解脱！愿一切众生对自己拥有的财物、受用和权力感到满足！

May I be the most excellent among those who are rich and powerful! May I be the most excellent among those who have great wisdom and faith! May I be the most excellent among those who have heard much and uphold the precepts! May I be the most excellent among those who delight in giving, are ashamed, and have a sense of propriety! Furthermore, through the power of this root of virtue, may the precious teachings of the Buddha Bhagavan, the source of all the boundless benefit and happiness of all beings, flourish and spread in all directions from all doors! May all the holy ones who uphold the precious teachings through teaching and practice have good health and long lives! May their pure activities of benefiting others flourish and spread in all directions! May all the practices of the ten dharmas of all the Sangha increase and grow from strength to strength! Through their compassion and blessings, may all the obstacles, both internal and external, of all the patrons of generosity and their retinues be completely pacified! May all favorable conditions, such as life, glory, wealth, and power, increase and grow from strength to strength like the waxing moon! May the oath-bound protectors who in the past saw the Buddhas, heard the Dharma, relied on the Sangha, and vowed to protect the teachings and the fourfold assembly, help without any hesitation in removing their obstacles and accomplishing favorable conditions! Furthermore, through the power of this root of virtue, may all beings equal to the sky experience great happiness and prosperity! May the years and livestock in all realms of the world always be good! May rain fall at the right time! May all human and animal diseases be completely eradicated! May all disturbances of the times and ages of weapons be completely pacified! May all evil thoughts and actions of cruel beings be completely pacified! May all beings abide in love for each other like parents! May all beings be completely liberated from the bonds of the demons! May all beings be content with their own possessions, enjoyments, and powers!
