无有边际的梵音啊， 深广法轮转动的重任， 由谁执掌的山中之王啊， 名为吉祥鹫峰（灵鹫山）。 奇妙的持地者于彼方显现逝去后， 十方刹土皆被光明充满， 令大地六种震动之， 释迦狮子的足下恭敬顶礼。 于彼处，能仁之吉祥喉间， 为圆满眷属善说之教诲， 一切经藏之最殊胜者， 即为善说无等般若波罗蜜多。 彼为天人之导师三次， 交付于持法阿难陀时， “我所说之其他法类， 全部舍弃或耗尽亦可。 然此胜者之母若稍有耗损， 届时汝将受责”，如是， 以极大的殷重而作教诫。 此经之殊胜，于何处安住之境， 彼处即有胜者之主安住， 与导师无有差别， 于其口中以多种方式赞叹。 书写、读诵、供养此经等， 较之其他经典尤为殊胜， 再三以理证之， 善说故，询问此法者， 读诵及供养等行者，皆具善缘。 此理，往昔贤哲之士， 以诸多努力广为赞叹， 故至今此地具信之人， 福德之眼未曾闭合。 是故，于多麦（安多地区）之地出生之， 名为顶族斯那格西者， 于成千上万善妙之基， 对此善道生起极大之信心， 为建造此奇妙之经，备置所需之物， 携带众多上好之物前往巴摩竹（八莫）， 欲入之时，于漫长道路中， 为不敬之人所阻碍。 此后，具信之人长久以来， 心中所愿之大事成就之业， 因努力而成就之希望破灭， 不忍他人心中之痛苦， 如噶举传承持教之顶严山王般， 至极高贵的贤前法王， 以及如守护大地之转轮王般， 无与伦比的扎巴坚赞华桑波， 为远处所化众生心中所期盼之事， 如是

With the Brahma's voice of the boundless, The burden of turning the profound and vast wheel, The lord of mountains who holds it, Is known as glorious Vulture Peak (Grdhrakuta). Having manifestly departed to that direction of the wondrous earth-holder, Filling all the fields of the ten directions with light, And causing the great earth to quake in six ways, I prostrate with reverence at the feet of Shakya Simha. There, from the throat of the glorious Sage, He excellently bestowed teachings upon the perfect assembly, The most excellent of all scriptures, Is the well-spoken, unequaled Prajnaparamita. That, the guide of gods and humans, three times, Entrusted to the Dharma-holder Ananda, "Other categories of Dharma that I have spoken, It is better to abandon them all or let them be consumed. But if this mother of the Victorious Ones is slightly diminished, Then you will be held accountable," thus, He gave instructions with great emphasis. This supreme of Sutras, in whatever place it abides, There abides the sovereign of the Victorious Ones, Without difference from the Teacher himself, He praised it in various ways from his own mouth. Writing, reading, and offering to this, etc., Is far more excellent than other scriptures, Again and again with reasons, He spoke well, therefore, those who inquire about this Dharma, Those who read and make offerings, etc., are fortunate. This principle, wise beings of the past, Have praised extensively with many efforts, Therefore, even now, faithful beings in this place, The eye of merit has not been closed. Therefore, born in the land of Do-med (Amdo region), The one named Gewen at the end of the Ding clan, Having great faith in this good path, Which is the basis of hundreds of thousands of virtues, To build this wondrous Sutra, preparing the necessary materials, Carrying many excellent things to Palmo Guru (Ba-mo), Desiring to enter, on the long road, He was obstructed by disrespectful people. Thereafter, the faithful person, for a long time, The work of accomplishing the great purpose cherished in his heart, With the hope of achieving it through effort being cut off, Unable to bear the suffering in the hearts of others, Like the mountain king at the crown of the Kagyu lineage holders, The most noble Kyabje Dharma Lord, And like the Chakravartin who protects the great earth, The incomparable Drakpa Gyaltsen Palsangpo, For the sake of the hope in the hearts of disciples far away, Thus.

Bestow the nectar of accomplished teachings. To accomplish this word, Tashi Gyaltsen, with a respectful mind, on blue paper as pure as lapis lazuli, with precious gold and silver writing, between the lines with the beautiful forms of the Sugatas, a thousand-volume scripture adorned with beauty was built. Many skilled scribes were gathered, and they were given wealth, and encouraged with the name "Jewel Banner," this deed was accomplished as superior to others. Protecting the white side and possessing power, the divine friend O-de Gungyal, in the beautiful environment of the white snow mountain, the earth holds the glory of various forms, filled with various kinds of beings, in the land of Drangyul Olkha, where the palace of the lord of men resides, in the estate called Tagtse (Dazi County), it is accomplished. The only path of all Sugatas, the mother who gives birth to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the supreme essence of the profound teachings, this excellent thousand-volume scripture, from the merit gained from practice, the mother who has been lovingly protected many times, wandering in the great ocean of samsara, may the suffering of all beings be pacified. Thus, rescuing from the ocean of existence, may the chief of the two-legged ones become a Buddha, and may I soon become a Buddha, leading all beings to Buddhahood. Until that is attained, in this life and in other lives, may I be born into the lineage of the Mahayana, and may I meet a noble spiritual friend. From that, may I well hear and contemplate the Prajnaparamita, and by practicing its meaning in accordance with the Dharma, may I please all the Buddhas. Beings are controlled by afflictions, whatever sins have been committed by body, speech, and mind, may all of them be purified. May I never be separated from the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and on the excellent path taught by them, may I generate great diligence. May I have a noble lineage, a beautiful form, and great glory, a complete lifespan and be without illness, possess Dharma and perfect wealth, and obtain vast wisdom. Furthermore, may I see Amitabha Buddha and his retinue, and with joy increasing in my mind, may I be born in Sukhavati. This extremely vast Sutra, wherever
