In the vajra-bound mudra, extend the two little fingers with their tips touching. Raise the two index fingers and the two thumbs, which is the mudra of the Dharma origin. Thus, offer with the sixteen vidyas. Whatever forms exist in the vast realms, the goddess arising from complete transformation, with a radiant face and displaying the beauty of her body. With the offering of the Form Vajra Mother, all appearances of form that arise, through the power of the Form Vajra Mother's arising, may great unchanging bliss be bestowed, and may the supreme samadhi of bliss and emptiness be perfected. The thousand-spoked wheel of stainless gold, blazing with light, adorned with a precious sapphire crest, with various inlaid pearl pendants, offer the umbrella that adorns the surroundings. With the left hand making the Tathagata fist, on top of the thumb, extend the right hand facing downwards.
