愿高扬纯净意乐之巨幡， 以精进不懈之风来摇动。 善系闻思修之舟船后， 愿能救度有情出轮回之海。 愿我 যত 闻 যত 施， 以清净戒律、明辨智慧， 令自相续 যত 增上之时， 越发远离一切骄慢之心。 愿我于通达清净理智力， 如实剖析经论义而不依赖他人的， 智者处，于无边经论， 作永不厌足之闻法。 如是听闻之义，以四理， 日日夜夜如理善加观察后， 于所应思处，由思所生之， 明辨智慧断除疑惑。 何时于极甚深之法理， 以思所生之智获得定解之时， 以断除今生系缚之精进， 依止寂静处如理修持。 如是闻思修持胜者之， 意趣要点于自相续生起之时， 愿不生贪恋有寂今生之显现， 以及希求自乐之心。 于我所拥有之一切事物， 以无贪执之心摧伏悭吝后， 首先以财物布施摄受众生， 继而以法使之满足。 如是所受持之细微学处亦， 以出离心直至获得菩提间， 纵为性命亦不舍弃之， 解脱之胜幢恒常执持。 于我殴打、詈骂、揭短之有情， 见或闻或忆念之时， 愿我远离嗔恚，且复述彼等之， 功德并修持安忍。 愿未得之白法得以生起， 已得之白法更增上， 令其衰退之三种懈怠， 悉皆断除而策发精进。 缺乏镇压有顶之胜观力， 匮乏平息寂灭边之悲悯润泽， 多半引向有寂之， 止观当舍弃而修持双运。 于甚深实相之义生畏惧后， 执著虚构庸 常之空性为殊胜之， 一切邪见彻底断除后， 愿能证悟诸法本初即空性。
English
May the great banner of pure intention be hoisted, Driven by the wind of unflagging diligence. Having well secured the ship of hearing, thinking, and meditating, May I liberate beings from the ocean of samsara. May I hear more and give more, With pure morality and discerning wisdom, To the extent that my being is enhanced, May I be free from all arrogance. May I, with the power of pure reasoning, Clearly explain the meaning of the scriptures without relying on others, In the presence of the wise, may I listen to the infinite scriptures With insatiable hearing. Having properly examined the meaning of what has been heard with the four reasons, Day and night, in accordance with the Dharma, In the place of contemplation, from what arises from contemplation, May the discerning mind cut through doubt. When, in the face of extremely profound Dharma, At the time of gaining certainty with the mind born of contemplation, With the diligence of severing the ties of this life, May I rely on solitude and practice in accordance with the Dharma. Thus, through hearing, thinking, and meditating, the Victorious One's Essential points of intention, when generated in my being, May there not arise the appearance of this life greedy for existence, And the mind that desires self-pleasure. Towards all the possessions that I own, Having conquered stinginess with a mind free from attachment, First, by giving material things, may I gather sentient beings, And then satisfy them with the Dharma. Even the subtle precepts that have been received, With the thought of renunciation, until enlightenment is attained, Even for the sake of life, may I not abandon them, May I always hold the victory banner of liberation. Towards sentient beings who strike, scold, and expose my faults, When seeing, hearing, or remembering them, May I be free from anger, and again, of those, May I speak of their qualities and cultivate patience. May white dharmas that have not been attained be attained, And may those that have been attained increase from above, The three kinds of laziness that cause them to decline, Having completely abandoned them, may I exert diligence. Lacking the power of higher vision to suppress the peak of existence, Devoid of the moisture of compassion to pacify the extreme of peace, Mostly causing to be thrown into existence, May I abandon calm abiding and cultivate union. Having become frightened of the meaning of profound reality, Holding onto fabricated, commonplace emptiness as supreme, Having completely abandoned all wrong views, May I realize that all dharmas are empty from the beginning.

愿如是。以无耻之心撕裂清净之戒律，对于圣者所呵责之事毫无畏惧，那些破戒的、厚颜无耻的修行者们，愿我能将他们安置于无过失之戒律中。迷失正道，进入邪恶之路，受恶友、罪恶之伴的支配，无论他们是谁，愿我都能轻易地将他们安置于诸佛所赞叹的道路上。愿我讲辩著述之狮吼，夺走邪说狐群的骄傲，以调伏之方便摄受他们，持有不灭之教法胜幢。无论我转生于何处，在那能饮用释迦牟尼佛语甘露之时，愿我具足高贵种姓、美好形貌、财富、权势、智慧，以及长寿无病、安乐。对于那些恒常怀有损害我身、命、受用之念，以及说我不悦之语者，愿我更以如母般慈爱对待他们。愿我能于不久之后，在心中生起珍爱他胜之菩提心，以清净之增上意乐，赐予他们无上菩提之果位。无论谁见到或听到这些愿文，以及忆念它们者，愿他们也能成为诸佛之子。

May it be so. Tearing apart pure discipline with a shameless mind, fearing not the deeds condemned by the holy ones, may I place those immoral, brazen practitioners in faultless discipline. Having lost the right path, entered the evil path, and fallen under the sway of unwholesome friends and sinful companions, whoever they may be, may I easily place them on the path praised by the Buddhas. May the lion's roar of my exposition, debate, and composition steal the pride of the fox packs of wrong views, and having taken them in hand with the means of taming, may I hold the victory banner of the undying doctrine. Wherever I am born, at the time when I drink the nectar of the words of the Thubpa (Shakyamuni), may I be endowed with noble birth, beautiful form, wealth, power, wisdom, long life, freedom from disease, and happiness. To those who constantly have the thought of harming my body, life, and possessions, and who speak unpleasant words to me, may I especially have mother-like love for them. May I, without delay, generate in my mind the Bodhicitta of cherishing others more than oneself, and with pure higher intention, give them the state of unsurpassed enlightenment. Whoever sees or hears these aspiration prayers, and those who remember them, may they also become sons of the Buddhas.
