ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱེད་པ་ལ་དང་པོ་ཐུགས་བསྐྱེད་པ་ནས་སྐད་ཅིག་ཀྱང་གཡེལ་བ་མེད་པར་རླབས་པོ་ཆེའི་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྙེས་པ་མཉམ་མེད་ཤཱཀྱའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་བར་ཆད་ལུས་དང་སེམས་ཀྱི་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་འཇོམས་པ་ལ་མཚན་ནས་སྨོས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་གྱི་ཟུག་རྔུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་ནུས་པ་བདེ་བར་ གཤེགས་པ་སྨན་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །གཞན་ཡང་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཇི་ལྟར་འདོད་པ་བཞིན་ཚེ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་མཚན་ནས་སྨོས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་དུས་མ་ཡིན་པའི་འཆི་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཇོམས་པར་ནུས་པ་རྒྱལ་བ་ཚེ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཚེའི་བར་ཆད་འབྱུང་དུ་ཉེ་བ་ན་སྐྱོབ་པ་ཚེ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པས་འཕྲིན་ལས་བཞི་གང་གིས་འདུལ་བ་དང་རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པའི་སྐུའི་སྣང་བ་རབ་ཏུ་བསྟན་པ་མཐོང་ཞིང༌། མཐོང་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ཚེའི་བར་དུ་གཅོད་པ་མ་ལུས་པ་ཉེ་བར་ཞི་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །གང་གིས་འདུལ་བ་དང་འཚམ་པའི་སྐུའི་སྣང་བ་བསྟན་པ་དེ་ཡང་མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་ཡིན་པར་ངོ་ཤེས་ནས་བཅོས་མ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་དད་པ་བརྟན་པོ་སྐྱེས་ཤིང་དེའི་མཐུ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་རྒྱལ་བ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱིས་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་དངོས་སུ་མཛད་པ་དང་མི་འབྲལ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །གཞན་ཡང་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྩ་བ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་མཚན་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པས་མཉེས་བཞིན་དུ་རྗེས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་བའི་ཚེ་ན་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་ལ་མི་ཕྱེད་པའི་དད་པ་བརྟན་པོ་ཐོབ་སྟེ་སྒོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ནས་མཉེས་པ་ཁོ་ན་བྱེད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མི་མཉེས་པ་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་མི་སྒྲུབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་གྱིས་གདམས་པ་དང༌། རྗེས་སུ་བསྟན་པ་ ཐམས་ཅད་མ་ཚང་བ་མེད་པ་འདོམས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེའི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ཁོང་དུ་ཆུད་ནས་སྒྲུབ་པས་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པར་བྱེད་ནུས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མི་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་དང་སྡིག་པའི་གྲོགས་པོའི་དབང་དུ་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་མི་འགྲོ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ལས་འབྲས་ལ་ཡིད་ཆེས་པའི་དད་པ་དང༌། ངེས་འབྱུང་དང། བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་དང༌། ལྟ་བ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་མཐའ་དག་པ་ཁོང་དུ་ཆུད་ནས་རྩོལ་བ་མེད་པའི་མྱོང་བ་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་དུ་འཇུག་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ལུས་དང་ངག་དང་ཡིད་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས

为了圆满一切，首先从发菩提心起，乃至一刹那也不懈怠，以伟大的精进证得大菩提，愿我能像无与伦比的释迦王一样！愿生生世世，为了成办菩提的障碍，为了消除身心的一切疾病，仅仅是称念其名号，就能平息身语意三门的一切痛苦，愿我能像善逝药王一样！此外，愿生生世世，能如所愿地圆满寿命，仅仅是称念其名号，就能摧毁一切非时死亡，愿我能像胜者无量寿一样！当寿命的障碍临近时，愿我能见到救怙主无量寿以四种事业中任何一种调伏众生的方式，示现与所化相应的身相，并且，一见到此相，所有阻碍寿命的因素都能立即平息！愿我能认识到，示现与所化相应的身相的那位，就是怙主无量寿，从而生起不造作的坚定信心，并且依靠此力量，愿我生生世世都能不离胜者无量寿亲自作我的善知识！此外，愿生生世世，我能被具足一切世间和出世间功德之根本的大乘善知识欢喜摄受！当被摄受之时，愿我对善知识获得不可动摇的坚定信心，并且从一切门中唯作令师欢喜之事！愿我刹那也不做令师不悦之事！愿善知识所教导和开示的一切法门，我都能毫无遗漏地听受！愿我能如实地领会所有这些法义，并且通过修行而能最终圆满！愿我刹那也不受恶知识和恶友的影响！愿生生世世，我对业果生起坚定的信心，并且证悟出离心、菩提心和清净的见地，从而使无勤的体验持续不断！愿生生世世，我能通过身语意三门。

In order to perfect everything, may I become like the incomparable Shakya King, who, from the initial arising of the thought of enlightenment, without a moment's distraction, attained great enlightenment through great diligence! In all lifetimes, to overcome the obstacles to accomplishing enlightenment, to eliminate all diseases of body and mind, may I be able to pacify all the pains of body, speech, and mind just by mentioning the name of the Sugata, the King of Medicine! Furthermore, in all lifetimes, may I be able to fulfill my lifespan as desired, and may I be able to destroy all untimely deaths just by mentioning the name of the Victorious One, Amitayus! When obstacles to life are near, may I see the appearance of the body that is in accordance with whatever is to be tamed by the four activities of the protector Amitayus, and as soon as I see it, may all obstacles to life be completely pacified! May I recognize that the one who shows the appearance of the body that is in accordance with whatever is to be tamed is the protector Amitayus, and may I generate unwavering faith that is not artificial, and through that power, may I never be separated from the Victorious One Amitayus himself acting as my virtuous friend in all lifetimes! Furthermore, in all lifetimes, may I be joyfully accepted by the Mahayana virtuous friend who possesses all the qualities, the root of all worldly and transworldly qualities! When I am accepted, may I gain unwavering faith in the virtuous friend, and may I only do what pleases the teacher from all doors! May I never do anything that displeases the teacher, not even for a moment! May I receive all the instructions and teachings of the virtuous friend without omission! May I understand the meaning of all of them as they are, and may I be able to perfect them through practice! May I never be influenced by bad teachers and bad friends, not even for a moment! In all lifetimes, may I generate unwavering faith in karma and its results, and may I realize renunciation, the mind of enlightenment, and the pure view, so that effortless experience may continue uninterrupted! In all lifetimes, may I be able to through body, speech, and mind.
