了知难得重大意义后，日夜恒常生起取精要之心，祈请加持令其无间生起。身命动摇如水中浮泡，忆念迅速坏灭之死亡，死后业果如影随形，黑白业果如影随形之后，获得坚定不移之定解后，微细又微细之罪恶，亦能断除，一切善聚，亦能成办，祈请加持令我恒常具足正念。享用不知足，乃一切痛苦之门，不可信赖之轮回圆满，了知过患后，于解脱之安乐，生起重大希求心，祈请加持。由清净意乐所引导，以正念与正知之巨大精进，于教法之根本别解脱，以实修为心要，祈请加持。如自身沉溺于轮回大海中一般，如母有情亦皆如此，见此而荷负度化有情之重担，祈请加持令菩提心成熟。仅生起心是不够的，若不串习三种戒律，则无法成就菩提，善见此理后，于佛子律仪，以猛烈精进修学，祈请加持。寂灭于歧途之散乱，如理如实思维真正意义，止观双运之道，祈请加持令其迅速于自相续中生起。修习共同道成为法器后，成为一切乘之顶巅金刚乘，于具缘善士之殊胜入门处，祈请加持令我轻易进入。此时成就二种成就之根本，于清净誓言律仪所说，获得非造作之定解后，誓以生命守护之，祈请加持。之后如实通达续部之精要二次第，以精进，不离四座瑜伽之殊胜，如圣者所说般修持，祈请加持。如是善道之导师，与如理修行之道友们，祈请加持令其长久住世，外内一切违缘，祈请加持令其寂灭。

Having understood the profound and rare meaning, may I be blessed to continuously generate the mind to take the essence day and night. Like a bubble in the water, the movement of life is fleeting, may I remember the swift destruction of death. After death, like a shadow following the body, the results of black and white karma follow. Having found firm conviction in this, may I abandon even the most subtle faults and accomplish all collections of virtue, may I be blessed to always be mindful. Insatiable in enjoyment, the door to all suffering, the unreliable perfections of samsara, having recognized their faults, may I generate a great desire for the bliss of liberation, may I be blessed. Guided by pure intention, with great mindfulness and awareness, and diligence, may I make the practice of individual liberation, the root of the teachings, the essence, may I be blessed. Just as I am drowning in the ocean of samsara, so are all mother sentient beings, seeing this, may I bear the burden of liberating beings, may I be blessed to develop the supreme Bodhicitta. Merely generating the mind is not enough, if one does not familiarize oneself with the three vows, one will not achieve enlightenment, having seen this well, may I train in the bodhisattva vows with intense diligence, may I be blessed. Pacifying distraction to wrong objects, and properly examining the true meaning, may the path of uniting calm abiding and insight quickly arise in my mindstream, may I be blessed. When the common path has been trained and I have become a vessel, may I easily enter the supreme of all vehicles, the Vajrayana, the sacred gateway for fortunate beings, may I be blessed. At that time, the basis for accomplishing the two siddhis, having found unfeigned conviction in what is said about pure samaya vows, may I protect them even at the cost of my life, may I be blessed. Then, having truly understood the essential points of the two stages, the heart of the tantras, with diligence, without straying from the supreme four sessions of yoga, may I practice as the holy ones have said, may I be blessed. Thus, may the teachers who show the good path and the friends who practice accordingly have stable lives, and may all outer and inner obstacles be pacified, I pray for your blessing.
