以莲花庄严之手的，手持殊胜布施宝瓶利益有情，赐予不死寿命荣光的薄伽梵母，无量寿佛您我顶礼赞！ 犹如如意湖岸边的莲花丛，具有正直柔软而又清晰的腰肢，如彩虹帐篷覆盖的水晶佛塔，无垢美妙身躯以光辉的衣饰庄严。 以无退转的金刚跏趺坐姿安住，拥有十六妙龄韶华的胜者之母，以种种不同的幻化游戏，我向满足有情意愿者顶礼。 手持白色拂尘的胜者之子，手持莲花金刚的两位，于您的左右安住并面向您的身躯，即使恒时专注观望也无法满足。 宝剑、铁钩、木杖、金刚在右侧，左手则具调伏刚强难化者的忿怒印，不动明王、自在天、青色木杖大力者，于您的四方安住并摧毁魔军。 降下不死甘露雨流的，清净处所的天子二位，从上方以珍宝宝瓶，显现精勤倾注清净水流。 所有应知事物全部现前，对无量有情恒常不断慈爱，救护火、兵器、毒等一切怖畏，人与天众的导师我向您顶礼。 断除对一切所知事物的愚昧之网，具有平等对待一切有情的慈悲心，于一切时处赐予利益与安乐，我向一切世间的救护者顶礼。 名为“极坚”的天子，仅仅以六昼夜念诵您的陀罗尼咒，便从大怖畏中完全解脱，获得殊胜长寿并清净恶趣。 如今我以一心一意向您，恒常皈依并以禅定以及，念诵供养度过时光，难道薄伽梵母您不满足我的期望吗？ 如同慈爱的母亲对待可爱的孩子，心中有您，如您心爱的具信儿子，即使反复呼唤也不摄受，我如何衡量您是慈爱之宝藏呢？ 您知晓一切有情的心念，往昔也曾为彼等利益发起悲心，对于如何调伏的方法极为擅长，具有消除有寂衰败的能力。

With lotus-adorned hands, holding the supreme offering vase to benefit sentient beings, the Bhagavati who bestows the glory of immortal life, to Amitayus, I prostrate! Like lotus groves on the shore of a wish-fulfilling lake, with a straight and supple waist that is clear, like a crystal stupa covered with a rainbow tent, the immaculate and beautiful body is adorned with radiant garments. Perfectly seated in an unwavering vajra posture, the Victorious Mother possessing the splendor of sixteen years of age, playing in various extraordinary manifestations, I prostrate to the one who fulfills the wishes of beings. The sons of the Victorious One, holding white yak-tail fans, the two holding lotus and vajra in their hands, residing on the left and right, facing your form, even constantly gazing with diligence, one is never satisfied. A sword, iron hook, wooden staff, and vajra on the right, the left hand with a threatening mudra subduing the unruly, Achala, Ishvara, and the powerful blue staff-bearer, residing in your four directions, destroy the armies of obstacles. The two sons of the gods from the pure realm, pouring down a stream of immortal nectar rain, from above with precious vases, appear diligently pouring pure streams of water. All knowable things are fully manifest, constantly and unceasingly loving limitless beings, protecting from all fears such as fire, weapons, and poison, I bow to you, the guide of humans and gods. Cutting the net of ignorance from all that is knowable, possessing a heart of equanimity towards all sentient beings, bestowing benefit and happiness at all times, I prostrate to the protector of all worlds. The son of the gods named "Extremely Steadfast," even by reciting your dharani mantra for six days and nights, was completely liberated from great fears, obtained supreme longevity, and purified the lower realms. Now, with unwavering mind, I constantly take refuge in you, and spend my time in samadhi, recitation, and offerings, O Bhagavati, will you not fulfill my hopes? Like a loving mother to a beloved child, with you in my heart, as your beloved faithful son, even if I call again and again, you do not hold me, how can I fathom you as a treasure of love? You know the thoughts of all beings, and in the past, you aroused compassion for their benefit, you are extremely skilled in the methods of taming, and possess the power to dispel the decline of existence and peace.

因此恒常获得清净之生，与佛相遇且转生为佛子种姓，智慧敏锐忆念前世，语调威严，具足正念且往生极乐世界，能活无量寿命，没有鬼怪的损害，脱离八种非时死亡和疾病，成为一切应供养处，战胜怨敌，以及持明宝剑，于虚空中飞行等，如来所说的陀罗尼之利益，修行者如是祈请一般，以慈悲所摄之圣母的恩德，愿心中所愿全部圆满。将殊胜陀罗尼交付于哪位天神，以及为了守护彼者而跟随，恒常承诺守护，法王阎魔大王也，不看末世众生的行为，请忆念于诸佛面前所立誓言，陀罗尼的利益是哪些，所有那些，愿迅速显现的 事业成就。如是成为众生救护者的至尊母，从稍微赞颂中所生的善根，愿迅速获得圣母的殊胜果位，成为弱小有情众生的怙主。以不驯服之心成为奴仆的力量，带来不悦意果实的黑色业，因无知所造作的任何罪业，愿全部轻易寂灭。殊胜的寿命和广大的智慧，以及信心和慈悲、精进、禅定等，所有经教和证悟的功德，愿一切越来越增长。深深投入于成就菩提之后，令善逝欢喜的无量自在之业，所有那些如所祈愿一般，愿能随心所欲地成办。以听闻、思维、修习调伏自相续之时，对于真正道之障碍而显现精进者，愿以黑方眷属的所有力量和军队，以诛法事业全部摧毁。仅仅通过见、闻、忆、触，所有众生的一切愿望，在无边圆满成办之时，愿如如意宝和如意树一般。总之，通过令善知识欢喜，以获得能仁意旨的众多闻思，修行事业圆满究竟，愿佛陀的教法于十方增长。

Therefore, may I always take birth in a pure realm, meet the Buddhas, and be born into the lineage of the Buddha's sons. May my intellect be sharp, may I remember my past lives, and may my speech be dignified. May I be endowed with mindfulness and be born in the Land of Bliss. May I live immeasurable years, free from the harm of spirits. May I be liberated from the eight untimely deaths and from disease. May I be worthy of offerings from all, victorious over enemies, and possess the sword of knowledge, traveling in the sky, and so forth. All the benefits of the dharani spoken by the Buddhas, just as the practitioner prays, through the kindness of the noble mother who is under the power of compassion, may the wishes in my heart be completely fulfilled. To whichever deity the supreme dharani is entrusted, and following after to protect that one, having taken the vow to always protect, may the Dharma king, the great Yama, not look at the behavior of beings in degenerate times, but remember the vows made before the Buddhas, and whatever benefits there are of the dharani, may all of those quickly manifest their accomplishments. Thus, O venerable mother who has become the refuge of beings, through the merit arising from a slight praise, may I quickly attain the supreme state of the noble mother and become the protector of all helpless beings. Through the power of becoming a slave to an untamed mind, the black karma that bestows undesirable results, whatever has been done through the power of ignorance, may it all be easily pacified. May excellent life and vast wisdom, as well as faith and compassion, diligence, samadhi, and so forth, all the qualities of scripture and realization, may they all increase more and more. May I be deeply immersed in following the attainment of enlightenment, the boundless activities of power that please the Sugatas, may all of those, just as I wish, be able to accomplish as I desire. When taming my own mind-stream through hearing, thinking, and meditating, those who are manifestly diligent in obstructing the true path, may all the strength and armies of the black forces be completely destroyed by the activity of wrathful mantras. By merely seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching, whatever hopes all beings have, in accomplishing their infinite fulfillment, may I be like a wish-fulfilling jewel and a wish-fulfilling tree. In short, by pleasing the holy spiritual friend, through much learning and contemplation that obtains the intention of the Sage, having perfectly completed the activity of accomplishment, may the Buddha's teachings spread in the ten directions.
