Of The great spiritual friend Ngawang Drakpa Rinpoche, may your precious body remain steadfast in the field of merit for beings, and may your virtuous activities spread in all directions. At this auspicious time, your letter, adorned with excellent words and profound meaning, along with the gift of protective mantras, has reached my hands, filling my heart with joy. Here too, all is auspicious. Venerable one, upon seeing the perfection of others' eloquent teachings, you not only refrain from placing your own mind in a thorny thicket, but also express that joy and happiness arise from savoring the taste of words and meaning. This shows that you are capable of discerning what is reasonable and unreasonable, and that you follow the path of venerable ones who possess impartial minds. Seeing this, my heart is also filled with joy, and with words of delight, I spread the fame of the venerable ones' conduct, proclaiming it to others. You are learned and wise, with vast knowledge, having labored diligently on various paths of reasoning, diligent, impartial, and virtuous. There is no need to say more about you. However, I have a small request for a friend with whom I have not had deep acquaintance, and I hope you will consider it. The sole source of worldly and peaceful prosperity is the long-lasting presence of the Buddha's teachings, which depends on vast learning that transforms scriptures into practical instructions, and on making practice the essence. Therefore, please, wise one, delight the gods and the world with your meaningful learning. For fortunate and discerning beings, there is no greater joy than the connection of words that they desire to understand from the depths of their hearts, which surpasses even bestowing good fortune upon the mind. Therefore, may we repeatedly gather for feasts of joy, where the joy, happiness, and satisfaction arising from debates on the supreme teachings cause the hairs on our bodies to stand on end. Offered by Losang Drakpa from Drok Riwo Che Geden Nampar Gyalwai Ling (Da Cheng Jiu Temple) on the twenty-second day of the fourth Tibetan month. May it be auspicious and fulfilling! 于清净处之文殊，以及其他一切圣者，以纯净之意乐深信，讲述甚深道之口诀，尤以欢喜之心谛听。由恶业习气积累，于胎中及其他恶劣处，丧失自主而寻觅，又为多种疾病反复折磨。 年老时肢体衰弱颤抖，手脚残疾，容光不再，一切皆为恶业所致。若不舍弃恶业贪嗔，自他一切皆因恶业，何时亦难解脱，故当努力舍弃贪嗔。由善业而得解脱，由恶业积累而堕恶处，反复受苦，深思之后，当于善恶业中择取。何者喜好极恶业？由恶业所致，杀戮、砍截、捆绑，种种折磨。于广阔无垠之森林中，以粪便涂抹而砍伐，于极热铜器之中，痛苦不堪，血肉油脂耗尽。于空中，火焰燃烧，种种箭雨频频降落。于极热炽燃之中，纵经无量劫亦当安住。又如莲花般裂开，痛苦不堪而安住。一切皆为恶业所致，当努力舍弃恶业。又由恶业积累，转生为马或牛，丧失自主，被绳索捆绑，遭受杀戮，痛苦燃烧。有些被强迫驮运重物，失去利益与快乐。一切皆为恶业所致，当努力舍弃恶业。 由恶业所致，某些众生，不得如意饮食，或食灰土粪便，或根本不得饮食，痛苦不堪而住。有些手脚残疾，鼻子和肢体不全，为他人所轻贱侮辱。有些转生为猛兽，因嗔恨他人而住。有些转生为鱼或猪，于污泥之中安卧。一切皆为恶业所致，当努力舍弃恶业。由恶业所致，对渔夫和屠夫极度欢喜，积累众多极恶业道，于恶业痛苦中恒常安住。最终亦难解脱，故当努力舍弃恶业。壮年安住亦为衰老所损，种种疾病使美好容颜消失。一切积累终将耗尽，一切安住终将坏灭。故当将心专注于解脱，努力行持善业，舍弃一切贪嗔。如红莲般燃烧，如翡翠般闪耀的房屋，以及美酒佳肴

To Manjushri dwelling in the pure realm, and to all other noble beings, with pure intention and deep faith, I explain the profound path of secret instructions. Listen with particular joy. From accumulating negative karma and habitual tendencies, in the womb and other evil places, losing freedom and seeking, and being repeatedly tormented by various diseases. In old age, limbs weaken and tremble, hands and feet are crippled, and complexion fades. All are due to the power of negative karma. If you do not abandon negative karma, attachment, and hatred, all beings, including yourself, will hardly be liberated from negative karma. Therefore, strive to abandon attachment and hatred. Liberation comes from virtuous actions, and accumulating negative karma leads to evil places. After contemplating repeated suffering, choose between virtuous and non-virtuous actions. Who would prefer extremely negative actions? Due to the power of negative karma, killing, cutting, and binding cause various torments. In vast and boundless forests, paths are cut by grinding with excrement. In extremely hot copper vessels, one suffers terribly, flesh and skin and fat are exhausted. In the sky, flames burn like wings, and various showers of arrows fall repeatedly. In extremely blazing heat, one may have to remain for immeasurable eons. Furthermore, one may crack open like a lotus, remaining in a miserable state. All are due to the power of negative karma, so strive to abandon negative karma. Furthermore, from accumulating negative karma, one is born in the womb of a horse or a cow, losing freedom, bound by ropes, slaughtered, and burning with suffering. Some are tormented by carrying heavy loads, deprived of benefit and joy. All are due to the power of negative karma, so strive to abandon negative karma. Due to the power of negative karma, some individuals do not find proper food, or eat ashes and excrement, or do not find food at all, remaining in a miserable state. Some have crippled hands and feet, incomplete noses and limbs, and are despised and insulted by others. Some are born in the womb of wild animals, dwelling in hatred towards others. Some dwell as fish or pigs, sleeping in muddy places. All are due to the power of negative karma, so strive to abandon negative karma. Due to the power of negative karma, one is extremely delighted with fishermen and butchers, accumulating many paths of extremely negative karma, and constantly dwelling in the misery of negative karma. In the end, it is difficult to be liberated, so strive to abandon negative karma. Dwelling in youth is harmed by old age, various diseases cause the loss of good complexion. All accumulations will eventually be exhausted, and all dwellings will eventually cease. Therefore, focus your mind on liberation, strive to engage in virtuous actions, and it is appropriate to abandon all attachment and hatred. Burning like a red lotus, houses shining like emeralds, and abundant wine and food.
