Do not kill, and those who are before the boundary should not build new houses until the boundary is closed and not released. If there is a sudden need to build a house that cannot be avoided, ask the steward and the attendant and build it in a suitable way. Even if it is the root benefactor, do not demolish the house when leaving, and do not demolish and merge the houses with each other after leaving. If there is no actual management of the house, entrust it to the steward and the attendant. Those monks who want to stay here for a short period of time should not collect Ulag (corvée) from the people below Sangri (place name), as it seems to be a great sin against the Lama. If you get a document from the top and force others to provide things, the benefactors will be annoyed and dissatisfied with the entire Sangha, which is a great obstacle, so it is forbidden to do so. If you violate these two points, you must publicly announce the crime in the Sangha and ask for forgiveness. For those offenses that are discussed as faults, all monks who temporarily reside in this monastery, if they say something to the monks residing here, when the steward investigates where they heard it from, etc., if the source of the matter cannot be determined, then all the words passed from one person to another must repent of the sin and make twenty-one prostrations before the Sangha and ask for forgiveness. For those who belong to the great precepts, if they cannot be practiced due to regional and temporal reasons, except for a few cases such as not looking beyond the range between the eyes and the neck, if in this monastery, for the five categories of transgressions with external confession rituals, it happens to a friend within the scope of the great precepts, when the appointed Bhikshu etc. discuss it, do not conceal any method of confessing the transgression, even if you know that a crime violating the large and small regulations of the Sangha has occurred in this monastery, and you do not tell the appointed Bhikshu and conceal it, you will be punished in the same way as before. In this monastery, The diligent practitioners of precepts from all directions, relying on completely pure conduct, spread the precious Buddha's teachings in all directions.
